Loved the website at first glance. Ordered the trainers at a really great price. Customer service was absolutely first class, so much so I emailed to compliment the member of staff who helped me. Far more personal service than I have ever had anywhere else. So many stores have lost that personal touch and the shopping experience is a mere transaction without feeling! Highly recommend!

Made a purchase of two items, no dispatch email or any contact from them after 5 days and no tracking info for the order on their website. No facility of querying the order or reaching out for help on their site, had to contact them via Instagram messaging to get a response. Was then given an email to contact customer services and was informed 2 days later that they had cancelled my order. One of the items was out of stock but they had sent the other out that day with no contact made beforehand and with no option to cancel the order completely and only a part refund issued. However I checked their website and the out of stock item was still available to order? There response was that they had a returned item that had just arrived and they could send me that instead and that i should reorder and pay for it? Really?
For a company that claims to be a small independent outlet their customer service and whole process of communication is terrible.
Probably a great place to buy from if everything goes well but I've never experienced such bad service from a designer outlet.

Long time online customer; usually do a few orders a year. Brilliant shop, great choices and I really like rewards programme and the star buys, the WCH branded clothes are superb quality. I just had another order today and the trainers don’t fit right, the only issue that puts me off ordering more is paying postage for returns.

2 stars due to an issue with the delivery entirely the fault of the Courier company.
5 stars for Working Class Heroes as a business
I could not and cannot fault the assistance I got from the shop itself in relation to the delivery problemand I was entirely satisfied with their help.
It is a shame however that the choice of Courier let what was otherwise an excellent experience down and would probably put me off from buying from them again.

I’ve used them several times and the clothing I’ve bought has always been brand new, received in immaculate condition and beautifully packed/packaged. Their rewards scheme is decent too.

Normally very good products, HOWEVER this company will happily take payment and then proceed to never refund you! BE CAREFUL!

There customer service is appalling also
