The customer service at this store exceeded any expectations I had. I can honestly say, I have never had a better experience in any store like the one I had in this one ! The entire staff and owner are outstanding!!!! I was clueless about buying my 11 year old son hockey equipment and they all helped me us out without any hesitation! My son had the biggest smile on his face and he talked about how nice they all were after we left.

Had an amazing experience yesterday at Victory sports! We had called everywhere is Essex County to see who had size 4 EE goalie skates in stock. The young man on the phone told me they did! As soon as we walked in the store, he greeted us! I explained that I had called and he remembered instantly! I explained that our daughter is super picky and doesn’t like new hockey equipment! He proceeded to measure her foot and explained what type of skate would be best for her! Within minutes, she was in a skate that fit her perfectly! He had her get up in a goalie stance to make sure they fit properly! She was so happy that this experience was a good one! We had previously been to another store that had her trying on skates that were not made for her foot width! This young man also, baked and sharpened her skates! While she was waiting he struck up a conversation with her about hockey and was truly invested in her stories! We also managed to find her knee pads at this store…we have been searching for knee pads that fit her properly for months! All around this was an amazing experience and we will be doing all of our hockey shopping there in the future!

Went to Victory to try some new goalie gear on as my gear was old and tied. We were treated like gold. Graham went above and beyond with any questions I had about the goalie gear I was inquiring about and is extremely knowledgable on the products they offer. We will be back to purchase future items!

We were in town for a hockey tournament and the arena pro shop staff were not confident in how to sharpen my son’s skate blades and suggested going to Victory. Went in, Mac helped us right away and sharpened my son’s skates and his back up blades. Super friendly and helpful staff. Great service! Thank you for your help Victory!!

Cory (I think) in the lacrosse section is awesome. Also, I have been usually doing online shopping because prices are usually better but at Victory I found their prices were right on par and sometimes better than online. 3 of the 4 items I bought were better than online and the 4th was the same as online. Good deals!

Always a GREAT place to shop for hockey, lacrosse and baseball equipment. Goal tenders should ALWAYS check this place out. They know their stuff, especially Graham. BEST place around. They sell you what you need. No 'upselling' and 'nonsence' that occurs in other shops.
