We absolutely LOVED Vetted PetCare. I am already recommending all over. Dr. Shana was attentive, on time and super loving with our dog Sadie. She followed up promptly, and was very responsive to all of our questions as we implemented care. Re: home care - our dog was calm and happy to be home during the visit - what a huge difference to visiting a clinic. Night and day! It was the best vet experience we've ever had. Will definitely continue to use this service.

They are simply the best. I have 3 dogs, one of which is a handful. They are incredibly patient, knowledgeable and best of all, kind. I have had animals all my adult life and I have never been so happy with my vet and all the attending services Vetted provides. A special shout out to Ali and Sabrina but truly everyone I have been in contact with has been absolutely super. I feel incredibly lucky to have found them.

I had the pleasure of dealing with Dr.Heather Matthew. I thought she was very caring and kind. She even semi- descaled my cat's teeth which is wonderful during the exam. Afterwards, she emailed me a full personalized diagnosis with helpful tips. This service is great for vaccinations. I really appreciated and liked her demeanor and conduct. She is a perfect cat doctor, and all around nice person!

I’m a physician and very picky about my pets care! I have 3 cats and have used Vetted over the last several years, from well care to home euthanasia and sick care as well. They have been extraordinary!! I noted a post that said all they do is vaccinations which is not correct. Obviously if your pet is severely or acutely ill you will likely need to take them to a physical facility for care, but short of that, they can handle your pets needs. From sending timely delivered (and well priced meds) to complete physical exams including weight and testing they deliver compassionate care. They have made life easier for me and my pets!

The Home visit with Dr. Sabrina was nice, but the end results still need to be seen.

She and her technician (Minx) were great with our two kitties. They were all very patient with each other (kitties and human alike). Dr. Sabrina had the magic touch when it came to weigh one of our little fellows, while Minx was a buddy to the other one.

So, the home visit went well, but "Billing" for the visit was not so great.

We were first time patients with our two little four-legged furry felines, which means that one of them would receive the "coupon discount".

When the two invoices arrived via email, both showed the same amount of $99.00.

I contacted the company via email and received the standard "I am so sorry for the confusion" response.

Not sure who was confused, as both the vet and the first staffer we spoke with knew about the discount, and both reassured us that it will be billed that way.

Even though the issue was resolved quickly, it would have been great if the different offices communicated better with each other.

We all make mistakes, but this mistake took money out of someones pocket, and that someone needed to say something.

The difference of $20.00 might not sound like a lot to many, but it is the principal of things. - That's $20.00 we will have to wait for (2-5 days to use Vetted's statement), and that's $20.00 we can't use until it is refunded.

Vetted PetCare is excellent. I was able to have a vet visit both of my indoor cats at home. Neither cat enjoys car travel and I don't like to take them to the vet where they are exposed to the germs of other animals (when at home they have no exposure to other animal germs). Vetted makes me feel safe and keeps my cats happy!

I have never had a worse experience. Dr Heard was rude and had a large chip on her shoulder. I feed my cat a high quality grain free can food. She said "that's not good" Ok tell me what you prefer? she had no desire to impart knowledge just to make sure I knew she had all the answers. Only she didn't, couldn't diagnose the issue. And when she found out my funds were limited and I wanted to try less invasive approaches first. That's when her attitude got even worse. So many issues and yet i was willing to just put it behind me. I called twice and wrote many emails to speak to someone regarding the issues and there were many. Most importantly a mistake on the directions for the antibiotic.The vet tech wrote down 13 ml it was supposed to be 1.3. I was told the medical director would call me back never did i receive a call.

I had a great experience today with Vetted. My dog was due for an annual exam, and I just had not gotten around to doing it. I looked up mobile services, and found Vetted. They conveniently had weekend spots available. Dr. Gueta and his assistant arrived on time. My dog and I were sitting on the front porch waiting for them. They met her and made her feel comfortable, and just did the exam outside while they petted her. Gave her an oral liquid vaccine for Bordatella, weighed her, did an ear exam, took a rectal temp. It cost maybe 20% more than taking her to the vet, but seemed well worth it for the convenience for me and comfort level for my dog. I will use them again. It seems that this company is based on the other side of the hill, but Dr. Gueta and his tech are the team in the valley. I guess for more urgent needs, one should have a local vet in mind, but for a physical exam this service worked out great.
