There was a line to get to the register, but it went by quickly. I was only there to buy shoe laces, but they still treated me as a valued customer. This store is located in a busy part of the Irvine Spectrum, so expect crowds on a weekend day. Shoes, clothes, etc. are all available here. It's just like any other Vans location.

Always loved VANS since 6YRS old! Thanks to my big bros… happy to see so many radical inclusive designs and cozy clothes! Here are pics of my favs! Thanks vans family for super radical gear my whole life! My nephew was stoked on his new skateboard holder backback ?peace be with all yewwwww ? AND ps. the store greeter was awesome- loved his sincerity and smile ?

Easily one of the nicest Vans stores I’ve ever been to.  Brand new, really clean, well managed. I wish I could remember the name of the sales associate who helped us because she was very accommodating.  They didn’t have the exact shoe my daughter was looking for, but they came out with something similar that my daughter liked even more.  Will definitely be coming back.

I went here to return a few pair of Van's that I had purchase for my wife when the nightmare before Christmas Van's dropped. As I walked in I was greeted by a sales rep named Cody. He immediately said I hope that's not a return. I then proceeded to tell him that I was hoping to buy a few things today so we will see. I ended up only buying a hoodie. As we were doing the return, Cody asked why we were returning the shoes. I stated that I bought these for my wife on the day of the drop to see if she wanted them. I myself bought 5 pairs of the nightmare before Christmas Van's. Cody then said to me that's why you have to bring them with you. I said bring who? He said women. Which wasn't shocking to me because he didn't seem too happy when I first walked into the store. He said that they can never make up their mind. I was frustrated at this point but I kept my cool and said that these vans were selling out like hot cakes and wanted to buy them for my wife since I bought some. He then said well it didnt work out anyways so it was a waste of time. My wife then chimed in and said he bought like 10 pairs that day and returning 3 is not that big of a deal since it was out of 10. She definitely was exaggerating about the number because I had bought 8 but she was just trying to make a point. Cody was very passive aggressive throughout my whole visit. He made it very awkward to return items that I had bought. I go to this Van's and purchase products all the time, at least 3 times a month. Dealing with Cody definitely left a bad taste in my mouth and I almost dont want to come to this particular store anymore. I'm a fan of Van's but not a big fan of Cody.

During a recent visit to the Vans store, I was impressed by the exceptional customer service provided by Graham. Despite the sale rush leading to a sell-out situation, Graham took the time to thoroughly check the stock and found two pairs of sneakers for us. His effort and dedication are commendable, and it's service like this that makes shopping at Vans a pleasure. Thank you, Graham, for going above and beyond.

I went to Vans in the Irvine Spectrum Center location, and this amazing employee named Aramis helped me multiple times with getting different sizes and helping me put the laces on the shoe. Overall this employee has wonderful customer service!!! Next time you go, ask for the employee Aramis. 10/10 would recommend!!
