I shop at UE because of their commitment to quality, ethical sourcing and their impeccable customer service! I have always loved shopping at UE but they seriously upped their game in the past few years…carrying curvy sizes, branching out in terms of fashion and home goods…while still offering classic items like their Volcano candles, Hen & Bear jewellery and linens. Every purchase is beautifully wrapped and you leave the boutique feeling appreciated each and every time. I love the atmosphere Kiki and Amy have curated…they are an incredible team!

Kiki is AMAZING! So is Amy! I love going in to UE Chic because their team is amazing and their clothes are awesome quality for an a great price! I am not a big shopper, in fact I hate shopping. Kiki knows this about me and so when I come in, she picks me out a few outfits that I try on. She is very honest about what looks good and what doesn't. She has me in and out in about 15 min which is max for my shopping time. The UE team is top notch! Thanks for dressing me!

Huge shout-out to the owner for her excellent customer service and fantastic social media posts! I had seen a beautiful leather belt when I was shopping in-store before the shutdown. I was not wearing the right type of pants to see if it fit properly so did not pick one up that day. Lo and behold- the covid lockdown hit- and I was out of luck....or so I thought. I sent a DM through Insta that I would like to purchase the belt but was not sure of the size. The owner arranged an outdoor pick up and brought two sizes. She recommended I try on the size that she thought would be correct, and she was right. I paid by e-transfer and the whole process was quick and efficient and professionally handled. I highly recommend Urban Escape for top quality products that stand out for their craftsmanship, and for their excellent customer service.
