I’ve visited Tsaocaa twice and it’s some of my favorite bubble tea in the St.Pete/Pinellas area. They make an amazing fruit tea (I haven’t tried their milk teas yet) they’re so flavorful and not overpoweringly sweet (unless you get 100% sugar) I also love the blend of popping bubbles & fruit! I can’t recommend this spot enough. The staff are always super nice and helpful.

Used to be one of my faves but the quality of their milktea has gone downhill. Tasted watered down and not balanced.

Their cakes are not too sweet which we love.

They have unique flavors.

The Japanese Souffle pancakes was worth it

Atmosphere was kinda hot though for dining in.

Super delicious wintermelon black milk tea especially with milk foam and ube flan! The chocolate cake is also fantastic! I like how sometimes they have the smaller sized boba balls here, they're really good. Thank you!

Edit: I also tried the cookies & cream slush with boba, cheese foam, no whipped cream, and extra Oreos as well as the purple potato milk tea with black tea, boba, double Oreos, and double cheese foam and both were fantastic! I got an Ube roll cake as well which was good in the middle although the outside was dry and seemed like it had been sitting a while. I don't have a picture of them but the ube mochi cookies are always delicious! Very soft and chewy, thank you!

Don’t get excited looking online because they don’t have a lot of things on the menu. They hide the pancakes from the two main menus because they “take 30 mins and people keep asking for refunds”. Matcha cookie was inedible. They don’t have a lot of the savory options, the waffle was undercooked. The big issue was the staff that worked the register, the LOGO has the word fried chicken in it and I asked and she had no clue what I was talking about AND got an attitude. Got the pancake it was good. We spent like $40+ trying a few things but won’t be back.

Fairly disappointed by their drinks and souffle pancake. Waited quite long for the strawberry pancake to be bland and just doesn't taste good, texture was off. Maybe Ill try a different drink next time but i don't recommend the pancake.

Very bright inside. Friendly staff. Good menu. The drinks have such flavor. We tried 2 different macaroons and they pack alot of flavor into such a small treat. Would highly recommend to anyone

My first drink I tried was the rose oolong tea with almond milk and strawberry boba. It was so good! The very next day I wanted to try their matcha. So, today I got matcha with almond milk, 30% sweet with tapioca boba. Oh my gosh, SO yummy! I love the atmosphere and all the employees are so friendly and patient. Very clean and definitely good pure tea with pure ingredients. I’m in love!

Very nice and friendly staffs, the bubble tea is good. I like brown sugar black tea with crystal bubba. Egg waffle is my favorite, I like the original and red bean waffle
