Cody at Trek was awesome. I walked in as a total newbie and he took his time answered all my questions, and clearly knows his stuff. He was super helpful and professional knowing that I’m looking at different brands and not buying today. No pressure, just genuine and answered all my many many questions, this is an intimidating sport he made it more approachable, if you decide to go with Trek (great reputation to begin with) no doubt would go out of my way to go this location because of Cody, great rep for the company

Back in Fall 2021, I was able to order my new Domane road bike and he managed to find a way for me to pay and order my new bike without me having to drive 6 hours to the store and pay for my deposit.

We purchased a Trek Checkpoint Gravel bike for our son at this Maple Ridge location. The bike is a beauty, the staff and whole experience of purchasing a Trek was great. All the staff were welcoming and friendly .

A special shout- out to the manager Dave. Dave kept us updated on the delivery status of the bike throughout the process. We picked up the bike today after the bike mechanic assembled and tuned it. Dave worked one on one with our son explaining the details of the bikes capabilities and maintenance right down to tire PSI. He also ensured that the saddle was set to the perfect height for our son.

I really appreciate a good quality product backed up by knowledgeable professionals like those at Maple Ridge Trek.

We purchased our 6 year old daughters bike here and Sam was the best and most knowledgeable sales person that has helped us and we have been to many bike shops before visiting Trek Maple Ridge. We had such a great experience we purchased our dual sport bikes a few months later and Dave was also incredible helping us out. The entire process, from start to finish was amazing. We had zero experience and Dave walked through all the important information and showed us how everything works, despite being very busy in the store.
