Wish I could give ZERO stars.

The woman said she was going to give us a discount because we were buying a couple of items. We get to the car do the math and it did not add up. I go back and she tells me it was “only 9 dollars” that she overcharged. It’s the principle of the matter , you gave me your word and then overcharged me. She said it was her mistake because she charged two of something instead of one. Now I’m convinced it was on purpose not a mistake.

She said it’s no returns and the manager wasn’t there so she couldn’t give me a refund… I thought it was “ only 10 dollars” if it was such a small amount you should have given me your own ten bucks because you admitted it was YOUR mistake.

I don’t think anyone has ever even really comeback when overcharged because she looked surprised. She ended up giving me some merchandise I didn’t even want as comp, but I just wanted to be charged correctly. Giving me an extra item that I didn’t want was not the correct way to salvage the situation. But, at the end of the day I wasn’t willing to wait around for a manager to show up. So I took it, I should’ve looked at the reviews, this is a common scam. Will be reporting to FTC. I am a Miami native so I could go back and get compensation, but tourists on vacation are spending their hard earned money to have
some time in the sun and this is just nasty - this isn’t what people should have as their experience of Miami.

Stay far away from this store I went in and I THOUGHT the strange lady was being nice by helping me little did I know she was racking up on prices!!! She literally put a design on a shirt and after she told me the total ($200 for 6 items) !!! Which is crazyyy you can get these same clothes on SHEIN for like 5 dollars honestly! She didn’t care about how much I had which wasn’t a lot I insisted I take some stuff out but she acted like she couldn’t bc of one shirt SHE OFFERED TO DESIGN FOR FREE!! Stay away from this place they are just greedy for money!!! They also sold me a fake crystal for 20 dollars. I would’ve asked for a refund but I know they’d be sketchy about it.

My first time in Miami, service friendly at first but to many people(that work in the store) talking to me at once, I ended up getting a shirt that I was told the night before was going to be on sale free shirt but had to only pay $10 for the logo I ended up paying $45 for the shirt and logo. Also my receipt didn’t have items listed on it just had a total. So according to their receipt I was given I couldn’t even tell what I purchased. Came to the hotel didn’t notice my bill until my husband did.Then I tried to get my money back but a sign that I did not read ( because I was so distracted by all of them speaking to me near the counter, staff ) sign said exchange only. I will go back and try to get an exchange, stay tuned. Also last night the couple that worked there was fighting and one of them at checkout appeared to be drunk. I would NEVER shop there again!!! NEVER!

I honestly don’t understand the bad reviews. I went in there a few times before I purchased anything and the staff was very FRIENDLY! The gentleman was very forthcoming about
“Plain” prices for shirts vs the ones with a design. Almost all items had a price tag if I didn’t like it I didn’t buy. What I did like I was able to negotiate down. He told us abt the area, the culture and was with us every step of the way. The store next to it was smaller and didn’t have many options. The larger store on the corner I love Miami has such horrible reviews that I refused to go in. I would only recommend this place and 7-six Vacation supply company. All I can say is see for yourself and ask questions.

Might want to SKIP this place. Enter at your own risk. Everything is NOT half off. The sign is to get you to come in. Prices are sky high for cheap stuff. Staff not friendly. Short and impatient when questioned about the pricing of certain things.

Very disappointed by this place…very un-transparent in their pricing and left feeling like I was scammed. One tank-top ended up being $50! The sign said 2 for $20 but they didn’t mention that was the price for a plain tank-top and not ones with the designs, which were the ones on the rack with that sign. If they didn’t have your size, then they had to go customize your size, with a logo, which apparently added another 10-15 dollars. Didn’t know this until after they pressed the design on, which they said they then had to charge. Very deceptive! Wouldn’t recommend.
