Only place in the mall that carry a bra my size, and clothes that are plus sized but so youthfully fashionable. The ladies who work there are very sweet and accommodating. Always remember the check out the sales racks they have at the back by the changing rooms!

I just went into Torrid for the first time, and it was so nice to find cute clothes in my size—and so many dresses had pockets! The staff at the Devonshire Mall location were also so friendly and helpful. Highly recommend for any other plus size shoppers.

Possibly the worst customer service I've ever gotten in my life. I literally walked in today and began looking at bras. I'm a smaller but very well endowed individual...

The girl working basically took one look at me and told me to do my shopping online. I wasn't offered any sister sizes to try on or given a chance at all. Do they not want business because the effort I got from them today definitely made me take mine elsewhere..

Very disappointed after hearing such great things from friends and honestly feeling heartbroken about not just my experience but my body too..

We went into the store for the first time yesterday. The store is fantastic, and there is a gem of a woman named Doris who works there. She spent so much time and went above and beyond with my daughter. I am talking an easy hour and a half, helping her learn her correct bra size, a new style and has this amazing way about her that completely boosted my daughters esteem and experience. I’ve always taught my girls to be different and show kindness, and Doris is exactly the type of woman the world needs more of. Will definitely be back, will definitely remember this experience indefinitely! Many many thanks!

Store doesn’t get any new merchandise , same lack of selection of jeans as there was 6 months ago. Went in store today , one person working who was taking their sweet time checking out another customer from Michigan , socializing more than working giving restaurant recommendations. no one to attend to other customers or to attend to change rooms.

Everytime I go I have issues, wish there was more selection for plus sized clothing so I wouldn't have to keep resorting to Torrid. I get sized wrong for bras everytime, and they refuse to agree that I'm sized wrong and that they did it right. The bras ride up my back, gape at the cups (at the tightest clasps). I was told I had a credit of $140 after my last almost $400 purchase to use anytime and now I'm told I only had 2 weeks to use it and it's gone. I never receive emails and have tried correcting this many times.
