Good varied selection of decent gear. Bought quite a few things from here and more so the Perth branch. Had a couple of things faulty which I queried in store, these were quickly exchanged. Great customer service ?

A good shop with good collections. They offer a good student discount too. The customer service was great and you can find several items of the brand -Patagonia in this shop. The shop is near the post office. They also have a good collection of umbrellas and you will get that at an affordable rate too.

Received fantastic customer service and advice from Lisa, the Manager of this store, when buying a new pair of trail shoes last month. Lisa had a lovely manner, was VERY knowledgable about the range of shoes, and helped me find the perfect pair of shoes within my price range. I've been using them now for a few weeks and have been really impressed - they're so comfortable, excellent for all of the hiking I've been doing (in all weathers), and a great quality shoe - exactly what I was looking for. Thank you Lisa!

Great service here from the staff. We bought a pair of boots from a different TISO branch, but they weren't sitting quite right, so the staff here took the time to reset the lacing and put in an insert which solved the proble - all free of charge.

They have a good stock and a good support network. I'd recommend them.

Good store here in Dundee but not the biggest Tiso in Scotland. staff were friendly and the store had a good selection of general outdoor items. Not many specialized gear i.e. climbing skiing etc. but would point anyone in their direction.

Served by a charming assistant who was working p/t whilst at uni. Went to buy a pair of Scarpa boots. I was after a size 10.5 and a more experienced assistant suggested they didn't do that size in Scarpa. Off she went and found a pair of....size 10.5, which we showed to the other guy. Anyhow Tiso's is the one of few shops nowadays where you can go in and lose an hour. Great place

Fantastic shop and fantastic staff. Having recently taken to the outdoors, I came to Tiso Dundee to seek advice on suitable clothing and equipment. I was met with a friendly welcome and professional advice on both my hill walking and climbing activities and left with a fantastic pair of boots, hat and Goretex jacket. All of which, I felt were reasonably priced. If you are looking for professional outdoor specialists in Dundee, I have no hesitation in recommending Tiso Dundee and their staff.

This is a great place with very helpful staff. If they have it in they will give you an honest opinion. If they don't have it in they'll tell you where you can find it. They helped me find a great cycling jacket in Perth as they don't do cycling gear in the store.
