Never in my life would I have thought that a company specializing in pet health could be so sleazy, scammy, greedy, and rude. They use scare tactics to sell you services that you don't need. If you cancel an appointment, you will get harassing calls from off-shore reps telling you that your pet could be in danger and that you must reschedule your $200 appointment.

We were unfortunate enough to be sold a monthly membership by the vet who came by. At first, I didn't think that we needed it but the vet was determined to sell me the membership which I'm now certain she earned a commission on. She told me that the membership is non-binding, that I could cancel at any time, no fees, etc. So I did what I thought would be best for my cat. She proceeded to sell me additional services and treatments for my cat. After I lost my patience with the harassing calls, I asked to cancel my membership, feeling relieved to at least have a way out of this disgusting deal. I was appalled to receive an invoice for $500 for membership cancellation!!! Apparently, although I paid for several months of membership, the vet who sold me the membership conveniently left out that all discounts for treatments sold to me under the membership would be retracted retroactively and that my outstanding balance is $500!!!!! Mind you, this is after I've already paid the company hundreds of dollars for completely irrelevant treatments, in hindsight. My cat, Sara was and is perfectly healthy and none of this horrible ordeal was even necessary.

I called customer service quite upset and was told by a representative by the name of Sarah that these are the terms of the agreement that I signed and they refuse to cancel the invoice, ignoring the fact that I did NOT enter the agreement in good faith, that I never would have agreed to purchase those services had I known the full, absolutely ridiculous, price. She threatened to "terminate the call" because I didn't eat up her bullshit.

The best part is that I received an email from them that if I don't pay the invoice, they will keep charging my card automatically every month to cover the balance!

Bottom line: They will scare you by telling you your pet needs overpriced services, make it look like you're getting a discount, and then send you the full balance with absolutely no transparency. What kind of vet can feel comfortable manipulating people like that

Absolutely horrible company. I advise all pet owners to stay away unless you have a ton of extra cash that you need to get rid of ASAP.

PET LOVERS: WE ALL KNOW HOW EXPENSIVE VET BILLS CAN GET! DO THE RIGHT THING AND SPREAD THE WORD SO THAT NO OTHER POOR ANIMAL LOVERS WILL BE SCAMMED BY THIS COMPANY!!!! SHAME!!!!

Wow, all I can say is what an incredible experience. We have an elderly cat, who is in good health. We have been struggling over the last few years to find a vet that will take good care of him and make him comfortable.
Our cat doesn’t do well leaving the home and it was really relaxing having them come to our home. They had all the equipment needed to do a thorough exam, take bloodwork and give medication.
The team was so lovely and so sweet that I almost didn’t want them to leave because I loved their company.

Thank you again for taking care of Buddy, we feel at ease knowing he was given the best care he needed.

The vet and her assistant were calm and friendly, and they put my cats at - well, not ease, nobody's at ease in that situation, but both cats made it through much better than at the vet office, where one of my cats had to be sedated. The cats are both already happy and back to their regular lack of activities.

Where to begin? first Kelli in their billing department is the absolute worst, she does not communicate at all what so ever, i tried to cancel my membership she told me i had a remaining balance of $150.00 after i tried to cancel it it jumped to $1200.00. Secondly, Dr Marshall took blood from my dog, she had got a giant welt on her neck that was there for months. I had to fight with them to take responsibility on them doing that to my dog. Seriously save your money and go to an actual vet. They are not worth it by any means. You have better luck going to a back alley vet then this company

The Vets gave an exam price of 99.00 but did not mention the travel charge which is ridiculous as it is a Mobile Vet. The bill was 400.00 and they would not give a prescription for Heart Worm Medicine without an additional charge. Everything is A LA CARTE and they upsell you to get the bill as high as possible. DO NOT USE THEM. This is about making money.

Customer service is beyond all expectations. Ashley and the doctors in West LA area are very detailed oriented and knowledgeable. The App is seamless and built well. This is a subscription and my only suggestion is to allow more flexible terms.
