RUN, don't walk, to the Runners Shop! (I'm hoping no one else has made this joke)

I stopped by this week to get my first pair of running shoes and the owner, Lynn, was so lovely and helpful. She took the time to grab many different shoes for me to try and even examined my stance to find the right shoe for me. She also gave me some really helpful running tips for beginners and was so encouraging. I felt so taken care of as a customer and not rushed at all even though I went right before closing. I had such a great experience here that I felt absolutely terrible when I had to return the shoes I bought because I was unexpectedly gifted a similar pair, but Lynn and Greg were so kind about it.

I will 100% be returning to this store for all my future shoe purchases and running needs and have told my runner friends about it too. I also love how they are not only a store, but they host lots of events and runs and seem to have built a wholesome and welcoming community for runners of all levels. I'm so happy I found this store and got to meet such friendly and lovely people at the start of my running journey. Thank you, Lynn and Greg!

The salesman was so helpful and informative. He even put my orthotics in the shoes to help me make sure they fit properly. I left with a great pair of shoes that are comfortable and very supportive.

My last stop over a couple of days chasing a few specific brands, models and colours… and like other reviewers here, I think I found my new favourite running shoe store.

The staff were friendly and very helpful. The store is welcoming.

And I got a limited edition ASICS that no other store stocked or seemed to even know existed.

Went in for help finding running / walking shoes to alleviate plantar fasciitis pain (among other nagging injuries). The initial pair gave me painful lace bite and within two days of purchase I knew I needed to return. The team was quick to assist and ensure I got into a new pair that didn’t cause me any discomfort. They were fantastic in how they handled my dilemma and provided a prompt exchange. Whether you're a novice or experienced runner, the Runners Shop has a big selection of different brands and fantastic service. Lynn helped me out and she was so knowledgeable and friendly too. Would highly recommend tbis place. I got the Hoka's after trying a handful of pairs.

I did A LOT of my own research and bought some good shoes myself but ultimately I was unhappy with them. Returned.
