The Home Depot

Not like the big box stores in Toronto. Small entrance to access the store almost missed it. But contained the products I required . Not as large as well. Good ,clean store with very helpful staff compared to Toronto stores. I go more often but 47 minute drive each way is tough to swallow. But highly recommend to anyone closer to location.

Very impressed with Austin, Assistant Store Manager. We had an issue with delivery of an order (HD advised delivery would take place "between 8 am and 8 pm" on Tuesday. Frustrating. Nothing more specific available. Then it did not arrive at all, and 24 hours later it was revealed the product had been damaged two days earlier and would never be delivered.) New order placed. Austin took this on, and while others were unable to expedite the delivery of the replacement, Austin spent time while on vacation (!) to contact the supplier, and accelerate delivery by 10 days.

We planned a project and bought our materials at home depot and set up delivery 2 weeks prior. It took us 45mins in store to do this because they were having computer trouble. When the delivery date came we got a phone call saying their truck was broken and we wouldn't our product until the next day. After many phone calls not returned our product came. To our dismay part of our product was damaged. After this headache we will not use them in the future. Giving them a 1 is being generous.

The staff could not have been more friendly or helpful. I was also impressed how much product they could fit into a smaller store. Saves from a long drive to the GTA when I'm at the cottage.

We had some defective lights and they helped us out wonderfully. Gave us a great deal and our cottage looks awesome. Thank you so much . Steve and Bev Belk

There's 10 staff standing around and 1 who can do the job for his section, he than proceeds to screw off to another section with another staff member instead of remaining in his section where he's the only one as I'm told who can help me. It's faster to have amazon ship.

Helpful, friendly and knowledgeable staff. I was in and out with exactly what I needed within 10 minutes. The team members at this store we happy to help and knew exactly what I needed and we're to locate it in the store.
