Worest customer service ever!!
I bought some items from their online store on sale... Some pieces did not fit my daughter so I decided to return them to the store. the lady in customer service reversed to return the items and accused me in front of people in the store that I used and washed them!!! The price tags were still attached to the items!!! I was so surprised and felt so humiliated and discriminated against. When l took the items and give her my back to go out of the store she kept repeating the same words. I returned the items in other branch in windsor in a very respectful way.

Worst store ever.
They have bad quality cloths. It got all fuzzy and bubbly in few hours without even washing.
We went to return them, and they make us run between customer care and stores. Not only they do not accept returns on bad quality cloths, but they will treat you very bad.
Didnt know such 3rd world product and services exist here.

Their customer service number is even worse. They said the store will refund it, and store did not accept that from service center. To makes the matter even worse by asking us to get the sign of the manager from store!! They could rather just put big 'Go to hell if you have a problem' sign in front of store.

Wont go to the store and would recommend to avoid it.

Absolute worst customer service from the manager at this location! I was having a problem with a coupon code, which she could not help with. That’s ok. Customer service is closed on the weekends. But her attitude was completely rude, basically saying that I didn’t know what I was talking about. Then she proceeded to tell me I can wait until Monday and call, but I’m wasting my time they won’t do anything for me. And even though I was shopping with 2 small kids and arms full of things, she said she could hold my items until Monday but she won’t be doing that for me. Who says that!? “I could hold your stuff I guess, but I’m telling you I’m not.” And I wasn’t just me. I heard her on the phone to another customer telling them to call customer service. And when they asked for the phone number she told them to look it up online, because she doesn’t have it. Meanwhile it was on business cards that I was just handed not even a step away from her. Does this manager not have any idea that customer service is basically a MAIN part of their job? I stayed calm and wasn’t rude, because maybe she has something going on in her personal life. Also, being rude wouldn’t get me anywhere. But I really could not believe the attitude I was getting while just trying to get Christmas outfits for my kids to meet Santa.

I love the store, I wish you offered more of a selection of boy clothes very small spot at the back. Huge selection of girl clothes tho.
