Cheaply made products, very high prices. The last two products I purchased were defective, complete garbage.
The new girl is completely clueless about the products and gets flustered in a simple conversation. She also didn't put the reciept in the bag like she said she was going to so I just burned a bunch of money on a defective item.
I emailed the company's custome care department informing them of the situation and the issues with the product they are selling and nobody bothered to respond to me. I was not looking for any type of compensation just cautioned them about the product. To me that's more terrible customer service. Sorry Stag Shop you've lost my business.
