SportsX is the best! It’s rare to have a local sports store where you can find anything you need for both kids and adults sports equipment. I wish I had a local store like this one growing up. They have very affordable baseball gear, hockey gear, lacrosse, golf, you name it. Matt and the boys always provide awesome customer service. We’ve gotten team Jackets, jerseys and warm up shirts for our men’s league baseball team. They’re so great to deal with. I always hear back from them in a timely manner. Highly recommend SportsX for any of your equipment needs!

Every time I visit, the staff are incredibly friendly and helpful. As someone new to some of the equipment, I’ve always felt welcomed—no judgment, just clear and thorough explanations.

When I had a miscommunication about the return policy, the sales associate was polite and took the time to clarify everything. I later reached out via email to the manager, Matthew, who responded within minutes (even after hours) and called the next day to follow up. Thanks to his prompt and professional service, the issue was quickly resolved.

A week before ball hockey tryouts I went in there for new helmet, cage, shin pads, knee pads…ect. But then today the helmet he upsold me on didn’t have the buttons to clip in. So I’m left wondering what was the point of upselling me on a fancy new helmet, a new cage, if they don’t work. Should he have caught that while installing the cage, and replaced the screws with buttons ? I didn’t check because I thought they must know, they have an entire pallet of these helmets. I can’t be the first guy in the world to add a cage for his kid. You know it’s funny he told me to drive to Langley for buttons, I’m like I’ll just stop at Sport Check (they fixed in 30 sec for free).
I mean I’ve got buttons in my garage too, from years past. But I just didn’t know “I” had to augment the helmet more. Such a shame my kid missed his first practice in what was an easy fix. He could have sold me 2 buttons off another helmet, then just remember to put them back later. Yeah drove down there and got him all dressed for nothing. At least his buddies got to go.

Friendly and helpful staff. They have a section of used sports shoes in good condition. My son was happy to have great shoes and I am happy to save some cost.
