Great service, immediately helped me out, took the measurements and did the checks they needed and then asked what type I was looking for and the immediately provided suitable options. They accounted for the arch type, my gait, etc. and also provided me suitable insoles.

The shoes fit perfectly! Better than I'd ever get at a generic shoe store, and having got to run with them recently my feet felt so much better and supported afterwards compared to my old shoes.

I was helped by Winny last week when I came in looking for some practical shoes for work. She took some measurements and helped explain what type of shoe would provide the appropriate support for my feet. I was so happy with how the new shoes felt that I tossed the old ones out on the spot and wore the new ones home! Very friendly and knowledgeable service and I would come back again if I ever need a new pair.

What a great shop, with great staff and great shoes!! Visited on the 21/12 for gait analysis and to buy some new running shoes for 2025. I had such a helpful experience at Sporting Feet. I always struggle getting trainers online without trying on and Sporting Feet went above and beyond - measuring my feet using their digital machine and then recommending options for suitable trainers. Definitely worthwhile a visit.

I've never in my life had a pair of shoes so good that I don't need to put soles in them to prevent any pain.
Customer service 10/10, had two people helping me out.
Brought shoes for running and gym and I love them so far, I don't have any pain anymore.

Honestly can’t recommend this shop highly enough! The staff have always been so welcoming and helpful. I bought my first pair of running trainers a couple of years ago from them. However, I had recently moved area so tried a shop closer to me but couldn’t bring myself to buy a pair of new trainers from them due to their poor service and expertise. So it was back to sporting feet! I will never buy trainers from anywhere else.
