Really bad service. The sales staffs are just talking among themselves and does not care for the customers.

Store owner can reduce the employees and save money as they are doing no help especially at the shoe section.

Very very bad.

Ended up going to masonville sport chek store to get the help.

The selection in this store is pretty good, but the staff rarely offer help, if ever. I have to search for them, and usually interrupt a conversation they are having with another staff member. I have been in this store a lot, and it is always the same experience.

There is an employee at this store who racially profiled my black friend. Walked right past me (white) and almost tripped over her looking into her bag when mine was also right in front of him. Smiled at me and side eyed her. Terrible experience with a terrible old degenerate white man.

They had a good selection of boys winter boots
Prices were reasonable and the service from a very young crew is awesome (with the exception of one rude young 🇮🇳 “DEI hire” that doesn’t belong there)

The service shop received my bicycle with a damaged tire on Friday and fixed it the next day. There's still a little swelling at one spot in the tire so I'll be following up next week.

Buying a bike here was a great experience! Steve even helped take me through the app to apply the triangle coupons to help save another 10% when I was struggling to apply them properly.

Very good and very nice staff, unfortunately the prices are so absolutely outrageous that I will probably never shop there again. Yes I realize that prices are high everywhere, Canadian tire stores have a habit of jacking up their prices for what seems to be purely greed, just like the Canadian grocery stores. We all know where the majority of the tennis shoes are made in the world and we all know what their living wage is so why in the heck is a pair of regular tennis shoes nearly $200, unless it's on sale or clearance?

I had a great experience 5 years ago with a binding mount (thanks Jake!)
Yesterday's visit was a disappointment.

I went in to pick up a new pair of ski brakes. I only found one floor staff and they were busy with a boot-fitting. I spent 5 minutes searching and browsing through the outdoor winter displays but no one approached to give me a hand. I had expected boot-guy to at least give me a nod 😟.

I found an employee at the service desk. When I asked where I can find ski brakes he developed a quizzical expression and said "I'll have to check." After a brief educational phone call he says "We don't have any...and besides, they're spare parts, you would have to know the brand and size that you need." I replied: "Yep, Salomon/Atomic/Armada Warden B90 is what I'm looking for. If you didn't have a pair on hand I would have asked you to order a pair. Have a great day."

Stay clear of this place if you're looking for advice or guidance in making a purchase. There's no one on the floor to help you and the technical staff don't know much about equipment.
