Awesome gun store. Had exactly what I was looking for. Not used to a store charging you to buy one of their guns via background check but I guess this is a Tennessee thing. We dont do this in Michigan or ohio. When you buy a gun the background check is free. Would definitely return tho.

My son bought a Hoyt bow with the works. The string broke within 2wks. He took it back there to be repaired. They have had his bow 15months now. He has told them he will pay for the repairs. They still have it and give him the runaround every time he calls or hoes in store yo check on it..... I would not buy anything there! They don't treat their customers rite!!

First time buyer here, just can't believe I didn't know about them in the past.
I'm leaving 5 stars because 6 is not possible, super shout out to the Customer Service (Jillian 🌟)department, was super responsive, I ended up placing 2 orders, happy happy, totally recommended to myself and friend in the future, if you are thinking on them, just swing by or visit their very friendly and speedy website as I did. There is plenty of happiness as a customer.

Omg do not order online from this company. So I ordered a Walther PPK on January 4th from them $688. I got an order confirmation to my email, okay just like a normal purchase. Then they say when the orders shipped they will send me a tracking number. I wait one week, two weeks, then I give them a call. They said they're a little bit behind because of a snow storm that they had the week before for one day. So I gave him the benefit of the doubt. Finally January 21st rolls around I told them to refund my gun because no one should have to wait 3 weeks for it to be shipped practically. They said they were going to refund me no big deal stuff happens. A pending charge is on my credit card for about 5 days then it's gone. I get a hold of them they say sometimes it takes 10 business days to go through on the account. So now it's January 31st and of course like everything else they said hasn't come true. And they tell me I have to contact my credit card company because they credited my account and send me a picture of a iffy receipt transaction saying it was refunded. I get a hold of my credit card company they tell me that of course like everything else that has happened they did that incorrectly and I am filing a fraud claim with them right now. Hopefully I get refunded, I'm almost certain I will but I would run for the Smoky Mountains before buying a gun from this company. Save yourself the time and go to buds.com never had a problem with them, and this whole headache because I made the mistake of trying to save 50 bucks. Never again. I would post the emails but that's way too much blacking out of my personal information, it's quite comical.

This place is completely unprofessional. First off you have the employees cussing up a storm. I purchased a handgun online and i picked it up in store. I was there for about 2 hours no kidding. The customer service is absolutely terrible. Then the guy who went to get my handgun out the back laid it down and I was impressed by it and he told me that it was a piece of crap compared to the hellcat as it’s very similar in size and features. He then proceeds to cuss and completely ignore me when i ask where to go for the background check. Then the gentlemen who was doing the background checks was so swamped with people it’s ridiculous. He was helpful and so was another guy but if you actually want to buy something and get treated like a human don’t go there.

My boyfriend and I went here this past Saturday (9-28-24.) We went in to purchase a gun and waited at the counter for FIFTY FIVE minutes. Customer service was very nice but took WAY too long. Many customers had walked away because they were tired of waiting. More people need to be scheduled, I truly think it would help to sell more guns. Hope they can improve in the future! As I said guys at the counter were helpful and nice, they just didn’t have enough nor did they go fast enough.

Great selection of firearms and great customer service. Sales associate, James Bailey, did an excellent job and is very knowledgeable on guns & ammo. I'll be going back there for sure, wish I had found them sooner.
