The store is clean and organized. Employees are professional and helpful. Items not found in store, can be shipped to your home fast and free of charge. Returns are seamless.

This place is okay. They have a decent selection of shoes but it may be difficult to find your size on any given day. They are willing to order your size for you, however. Pricing seems reasonable, and the service is decent.

They totally ignored my whole family. I came in and sized up my own kids size and searched all over the store for those sizes. The people were joking and standing around laughing. They did however say hello to a different race family , very loudly and ask to help them. We were in the store for 40-45 minutes . Justin rang us up and I told him about my experience and he says “oh well”. Didn’t apologize or anything. Luckily my children needed shoes or I would have left that place. We got 4 pairs of shoes and memory of racism and poor customer service. This happened 10/17/24 between 5-6 ish

Huge assortment of shoes but finding a size 13 xwide is hard. I was unable to find what I needed here. The person working there was very helpful and checked inventory and did advise me they could order a pair for me. I just needed them that day though. Great store and I appreciated the extra mile they went!
