Every single staff member at this veterinary hospital is amazing. The receptionists are prompt, courteous, and will work with your schedule. You can tell the technicians love animals and care for them like their own pets. The doctors are knowledgeable and give you the information and the time you need to make decisions. The prices are also reasonable. I’ve been taking my dogs here for years and wouldn’t change them for anything. Thank you for everything you do!

Our kitten Rin has been under the outstanding care of Dr. Alber and his amazing staff for just about a year now. We are forever indebted to them for their advice, knowledge, expertise and above all compassion! We always feel so welcomed and our concerns are always respected and considered. Great vet. Brought all three of my cats here. Always was in the check up room almost immediately every visit which definitely helped my cats nerves. My girl peed in her carrier and they were very helpful on getting her cleaned up and her carrier clean as well.
Very compassionate technicians and prices were not outrageous. Will be back!

In 2018 Dr. Mike removed mast cell tumors from our (at the time 12 year old dog Carrera) and told us to give her Benadryl everyday. 5 years later she is still alive (which is amazing for a 60+ pound dog) and tumor free. They are practical and extremely caring for pets. I highly recommend them.

From the bottom of my heart, I cannot express enough gratitude for Dr. Alber and his team. Tigger is a newer addition to my family. He had some medical challenges, was overgrooming terribly, and clearly was suffering. We started with a thorough exam, and started ruling out the big stuff. He was started on monthly Solensia, we are 3 months in, and it has been a game changer! His coat is now beautiful, he runs, and actually has an interest in playing. The love, kindness, and compassion they have for pets and their parents, is unbelievable. I have had horrible experiences at other places, I love this team and trust them completely. I have been bringing my dog Max to Shey’s for the last four years and he and I highly recommend them. Everyone at the front desk is always so helpful and professional. Dr. Alber is absolutely amazing! He is so caring and really listens to your concerns. It’s so wonderful to go to a place where you can tell everyone genuinely cares for animals. I live over thirty minutes away and there are closer options but I wouldn’t think to ever switch vets.
