They have almost all good brands. I went out to check on a Caterpillar Boot. Wonderful shop and very helpful staff and management. The shop is in the heart of process Street and easily noticable. Highly recommended.

There is a lady who works here, I don’t know her name but she told me she used to work at a schuh at fort kinnaird, and I believe she’s a personal stylist too. She is hands down the best retail customer service person I’ve ever met! I came in a few months ago and I had A LOT of requests for different sizes, and she was so friendly, helpful, and respectful.

There was a barcode on the receipt I had that would let you give feedback on your experience. I have since then lost the receipt and I feel too guilty for not giving her a glamorous review, so I hope this Google maps review makes up for it.

Fantastic store! Always greeted by friendly staff and asked if I require any assistance. Best shop in the city to pick up fresh trainers. Will be back for another pair of New Balance soon ?

Excellent service, but the shop was a bit understaffed when I went. The young lady who was helping us and was running around helping multiple people. However she was very helpful and friendly. Got two pairs of shoes for our daughter.

Very cheap and disgusting sales attitude. This review gives to one of the staffs who got single ponytail and fake tan who behaved racist. When I ask her for help to find a pair of shoes with bigger size. She just walked away and dragged her colleague to find them out. Then kept walking around to find and approach new customers. She constantly playing her ponytail by hands and looking at me in a MEAN GIRL way which made me really uncomfortable.
