I visited Runners Need in Biggleswade for my first gait analysis and I'm very impressed with the service that I received. The lady who assisted me was very calm, kind and knowledgeable. Not only did she take the time to explain everything to me but she also took the time to ensure that I got the right running trainers for my running style. Highly recommend!

The sales person we saw Saturday evening seemed to be disinterested with helping us, not at all interested in the sake and seemed to be a pain for him to help us. Didn't buy anything in the end, felt unwelcomed and just ended up not buying anything there.

The staff are very professional and knowledgeable about all the products. They measured my feet to ensure the correct size shoe, I've been to this store 3 times, always worth the drive from Enfield North London to get the excellent service.

A bit of a mixed bag unfortunately. The First Lady I interacted with I approached whilst she was stocking the shelves, I asked about getting a gait analysis and I couldn’t have felt like more of an inconvenience to her - instead of ‘yeah sure let me grab a colleague to assist you’ I got ‘ it won’t be me, I’ve got to get x and x and x done and need to get to my running club…’ after she shouted a colleague upstairs things greatly improved - the younger lady was so helpful and patient. I really appreciated this as I was feeling really out of my comfort zone. I can’t wait to start using my new running trainers.

Although they are slightly pricey I would recommend them for their customer service and product knowledge. They went the extra mile to make sure I found the right pair of running shoes that suited my foot size and running style

Good, friendly, efficient. Reasonable prices. It shares the space with a much bigger Cotswold Outdoors shop. I went to buy running shoes and the assistant was friendly and helpful.

One of the least well stocked running shops ever. Save yourself the disappointment and try somewhere else. Literally 6 or 7 racks of odd sizes and not much else.
