I didn't book in advance but the staff were really helpful. The waiting time was not more than ten minutes, and the service was really thorough, practical and knowledgeable, without being pushy. I appreciated the chance to try out several options on short runs outside on the street, to hone down the perfect shoe. Highly recommended.

Phenomenal service and a great experience. I was able to try on 6 pairs of shoes, testing them by running a short distance on the road outside the shop and at no point did I feel rushed or pushed to make a decision, just expertly guided by the excellent Suputri. Highly recommended, I'll be back for my next pair

Amazing service. I booked an appointment for trainer fittings, as my old pair had come to the end of their life and wasn't sure what to go for next. Michelle was absolutely incredible. I tried on around 5/6 pairs of shoes, and ran up and down the street outside testing them out. I didn't feel rushed to make a decision, and felt extremely comfortable. Since having my new shoes, my calf pain has completely gone! Thank you very much Michelle and the team!

Utterly brilliant service with expert gait analysis and comparison of 6 pairs with a run each time to check suitability. The staff member who helped me was friendly, knowledgeable and really smart, loved the whole experience. Forgive me, I didn't ask her name but she was a young woman with braids. Compliments to her and the shop.

I came in at the half hour mark to closing (they don’t do fittings close to closing) and Michelle kindly helped me throughout the process of helping me find the perfect running shoe, assessing my feet and running. She was super knowledgeable and went above and beyond. I went in with a specific shoe in mind and she brought out more shoes for me to compare. While they didn’t have the desired colour of the shoes I tried on, I would’ve definitely wanted to give my business to this independent running shop with staff who know their stuff!

Went in for gait analysis on a busy Saturday afternoon (thankfully I’d booked in advance as they were packed!) and I cannot thank Olivia enough. Amazing service, made me feel so comfortable as I’m a complete running novice, and she really knew her stuff. Such a great experience and will definitely be back.
