Mary was SUPER helpful. I had been searching for a pair of Nano2s but was nervous to order online without trying on. After searching around town with no luck, Mary helped me determine what size I should order even though I was planning on ordering them on sale from another retailer online.

Because of her excellent service and super pleasant attitude, I just ordered my shoes with her. She still helped me find a sales price and the shoes arrived with no problem.

Thank you, Mary!!! Grateful to know superior service still exists. The shoes are really good, too. I will be back!

I was at this store with my daughter a few months ago and we had a great experience, she was fitted properly for a great pair of shoes. She and her boyfriend went back today and he got to experience what RR is all about. I’ve been shopping at RR for 40 years, before there were stores on the west coast. So happy to see stores across the country now - makes it so much easier to get the right shoe with a RR professional to help!!

Road Runners has never disappointed. I moved to Denver area in 2019. As an endurance runner, I prioritize not only my footwear but the store where I get all running gear. Road Runners, both their locations in Westminster and in Centennial have always had all the items I need in stock, and extremely knowledgeable, passionate, and friendly staff. Their VIP plan is also very worth it! Able to return running shoes within 90days regardless of condition Yes please! They just want to ensure you have what you need for your lifestyle and any running goals, and it shows!

Whenever I purchase Athletic shoes the only place I would consider is Road Runner Sports in Lone Tree! It is like a breath of fresh air to work with such incredibly knowledgeable team members who take Special Care of every Customer that walks through their door. Whenever someone walks in the door, they are instantly greeted by the staff even when they are working with other clients!

Here is what I experience whenever I visit:

I am valued as a customer where exceptionally trained staff "bend over backwards" to assure that I am fitted in the best shoes for my feet.
Mary, Mercedes, Shay and Caley (and the other staff) are so knowledgeable and won't stop fitting me until we have found the perfect shoe.
They have a huge selection of options whether you are looking for running, walking, hiking, pickleball or just casual shoes. They carry an incredible selection of clothing and accessories.
Moreover their customers are much more important to them than a paycheck! What is most important is their Service because when a consumer visits them, they will return!

I wouldn't get this type of service at the Big Box retailers or Department stores or any of the other Athletic shoe stores I have visited!
Road Runner Sports employees are professionals! They will know you and will recognize you and will welcome you!

Had a decent first experience buying shoes but feel TOTALLY misled about the VIP program. Clothing price tags have a “VIP” price but when ring it up they applied my member discounts off of the regular price instead. Thought I was saving $4 by being getting vip pricing but I didn’t.
I should have gotten another $4 (since she upgraded me to level 2 at the register aka qualifying for a 10% discount) . Additionally, it was rang up out of order with my account credit. My credit should have been applied at the end as my form of payment. Ultimately it should have come out closer to $10 instead of the $20 I ended up paying.

Update: really appreciated the service after I spoke to the manager Mary who called to follow up and was super helpful and nice in going over the situation details and ultimately I received a $10 reimbursement back to my card. Excellent customer service.
