We have just purchased our first new caravan from Raymond James Caravans and couldn’t have met a more friendly and helpful group of people. From start to finish they have been exceptional. We first came across them at the NEC when we were hoping to narrow down which caravan and what specification we were looking for. Ian was an absolute star asking us about how we were planning on using it and sharing his real world experience as a caravaner. We had expected that with the budget we had, we’d have been looking for a second hand model, but Ben felt he could come up with a package that would put us into a new one within budget. We weren’t local to Raymond James but they made every effort to ensure that the distance was not a problem with Ben keeping us up to date by email as we tweaked the deal. Fast forwards 4 months and we have just collected our new van. Jackie (sorry if thats the wrong spelling!) you have been amazing, helping to make sure that we were able to set things up for instant use and explaining all the key points of warranty, service and support. Ian who we first met at the NEC did our hand over and you couldn’t meet a more lovely and genuine person. He has years of personal caravanning experience so listening to his tips and advice was priceless. Whilst we have had camping experience with our trailer tent, the move to a caravan with modern features meant there was a lot to take in, Ian made sure we were happy with everything and was able to answer the numerous questions we had.
From the moment we met Ben, Ian and Jackie we felt we had made the right decision in buying from Raymond James, they felt like a family and we were part of it. Finally a big thank you to Bob who did the last minute fitting of gas bottles, wheel locks etc. if anyone proves that this is just the Best company to work for it is him. Past official retirement but so very happy in his work (& also able to share his knowledge & experience) to us ‘newbies’ showed that our faith in Raymond James was well founded.

Well done. Had my Elddis caravan serviced today and was very impressed with Raymond James service team. I always find Darren who heads up the team, professional and knowledgeable. Josh took me through everything they had done and made sure I was completely happy.before I left. See you next year for the next service.

Top Quality Service… My caravan had its annual service and, as usual, Darren and the team handled the service in a very professional and courteous manner. I was impressed with how the team listened to my requirements, checked understanding and then confirmed what they had done to address those points. The service checklist was very comprehensive and I came away away very pleased with the thoroughness of Raymond James’ annual service approach.

Well! Where to begin? From the first time we visited Raymond James Caravans, we were made to feel welcome and appreciated. Then we were left alone to browse the caravans at our own discretion, before finally finding the one we fell in love with! Then we approached a member of staff who spoke to us and explained everything in full detail regarding the specific caravan of our choice. No pushing us away from the particular caravan or recommending other ones with similar layout etc, just the caravan we'd picked out. Then after some discussion at home, we called them up and spoke to Ben Ball who allowed us to pay a deposit over the phone, and couldn't appreciate his help and assistance throughout the whole process.
Then came our collection date for the caravan, along with the premium starter pack, our chosen awning we'd also purchased and the handover process.
Absolutely fantastic from start to finish! Excellent description both verbally and visually of how all aspects of the caravan worked, along with some very helpful hints and tips to make our caravanning experience even smoother and more comfortable.
Then unfortunately we had an issue with the brakes on the caravan, through no fault of ours or anyone at Raymond James Caravans. But they got us booked it at the workshop at their earliest convenience which was brilliant. And when the fault had been resolved, the workshop technician came and spoke to myself in person to explain what the problem was....and to show me the evidence of what turned out to be a brake shoe issue. And because the caravan came with a fantastic two years warranty, the work was done without fuss and hesitation. Workmanship and correspondence is truly second to none. And finally never no issues getting our caravan booked in for it's annual service in 2025, or 2026.
All staff in all departments at Raymond James Caravans are a pleasure to speak to and deal with, no matter what. And it's safe to say that if/when I ever want to change my caravan in the future, then I won't be going to any other dealer other than Raymond James Caravans.
