Fishy fishy place- they couldn't find my stuff on the computer ?. Honestly- A smile from Goodwill is worth more than a buck from this place.I was disappointed to receive my unwanted items in terrible shape and condition. I left them everything organized, and got back items with broken hangers and my clothes thrown in the bags. Don't bring good clothes in, just donate and itemize the donations or Goodwill. This was NOT worth it, they will take high items and give you a buck for them, don't waste your time. I also, noticed the stuff on the floor they sell. Whoever is picking these items, knows nothing of whats in, or what's good. Save your precious time and trouble. Hope this helps anyone looking for an honest review.

Good clothing, fair pricing, and relatively clean, however all the workers seemed like they didn't want to be there and were not shy to complain out loud. One girl was getting in an argument with some dude who came in 45 minutes before closing to sell a few pieces of clothing but they turned him away because they were too busy(there was one person in the checkout line). Then they proceeded to yell for everyone to make our ways to the register when the store was open for 40 more minutes.

Horrible. I brought in 1 tote of jeans to sell, all of which were in good to excellent condition, some with tags still attached and most of which were recognizable name brands. They made me wait 2 hours for the items to "process" then proceeded to take 0 of my items.
The reasons for their decision was the clothes are not the style they want because they're looking for fall clothes. Are jeans not worn year round?
You have to get their attention because they won't acknowledge you otherwise, and nobody can answer basic questions. What a waste of time. Wouldn’t recommend.

Terrible. I brought in 6 bags of clothes and shoes to sell, all of which were in good to excellent condition, and most of which were from good, trusted brands. They made me wait 4 hours for the items to “process”, took 0 of my items when I came back after processing and had reasons for their decision that made no sense.

They said the clothes are not the style they want because they’re looking for fall clothes (there were multiple sweaters, jackets, and boots available), they said they don’t take high quality brand names for women’s sweaters (?), they said some of the clothes were too “well-loved” (they are actively selling clothes with stains on them, and I had many things in there that were only worn 1-2 times but okay), and they said that my stuff would be better suited for Clothes Mentor next door, which is not open and is currently an empty building. I’m not convinced at this point that anyone actually looked at the clothes.

Also, no one who works there is interested in helping you. You have to get their attention because they won’t acknowledge you otherwise, and nobody can answer basic questions. We left there literally laughing out loud because the whole ordeal was so ridiculous. Back to Goodwill, I guess!

Glad I read through the reviews. I've got 3 bags of clothes (most with tags still on them) & purses (some have matching wallets). Not even going to bother going here. Straight to the goodwill the items will go.
