Found easy enough after going to the previous place (Manhattan Marketing) to buy a new school sweater for my son. Nice and roomy with all schoolewear for each school on display (as display only) so I asked at the counter for what I needed and the friendly young man went to see if they had it in stock, less than 3 minutes later he came back with it. I'm waiting for 5 white polo shirts from July. they were supposed to be ready on September 12. it's October 5 and I still don't have them. I sent two e-mails but nobody wrote back. I called but he said he didn't know when they would be ready. he was going to check it out and call it back. he did not call back. Just waste of money because I need order it from sew sew groseinon

Waited 9 weeks for a delivery that should have taken 10 days, customer service is non existent and I've had to chase them all the way. Delivery had wrong address and I was told I had given the wrong address so they changed my work place address (I've only worked there 4 years so I think I know it), luckily they got to me. Opened the packet to find shoddy workmanship as they have rushed the order out!!! NOT A HAPPY CUSTOMER, there are better suppliers out there than these cowboys

Called in here wanted to order polo tops and fleeces for my business and they said they would email me with a price within 72 hours. I have heard nothing back from them. Very disappointed. I wanted to support a local Business but now I'm going to have to order elsewhere. I waited over a week.

Stay very clear! I never leave reviews but people need to know of the extremly poor costumer service this company gives when things go wrong!!
My team made a rather large order in February where they missed out on making my hoodie, we were promised it would be ready in a few(too many) weeks due to high demand, it then had something wrong with it so could not be collected and when I today, 28th June, drove the 15+ miles to collect it they had made it in the wrong colour, and blaming an apprentice who's no longer there?! They have made no attempt of compensation for the ridiculous amount of time this has taken and when I asked if I could have the faulty one as comp. they simply said they can't give it away for free, but the answer to what they're going to do with it was "we will probably give it to charity or something"...FOR FREE?! The new hoodie will be ready next week apparently, one competition left this year so not very useful!!

They also spellt my team mates name wrong and told her she needs to give the faulty top back and wait 6-8 weeks for the new one, that's most of the season gone! And the tops were a different colour to what they should have been, and again would have had to wait most of the season to get new ones.

If anyone has read this far - There's many other better companies out there, use them instead!!
