AVOID THIS BUSINESS!!!!!! Have purchased items from here in the past without issue. I ordered an item from their amazon store and was required to pay $150 shipping to return a $250 item. Was told I'd be reimbursed obviously this did not happen. Zero stars if possible, they will never get any business from me ever again.
Edit: owner? (Jaime) responded bragging they fulfilled the order accurately. It was one item. Why they consider this as pertinent when it's literally the absolute basic thing this business could possibly do. Notice they said nothing about their egregious return fee ($150!!) and blame amazon. They wanted me to call them before I order Who does that? The response to my review tells u all u need to know about how they do business and value repeat customers. Sad really.

Went here for the first time to get climbing shoes for myself and my gf. Liam helped us and was very friendly and knowledgeable. I really appreciated his willingness to help us find something perfect :). He made the experience 10/10

Great little place for specialty camping and backpacking gear. I've been here a few times now and each time I'm always impressed by the friendliness of the staff as well as the selection of products.

At first I remember thinking the store seems small but very soon do you realize thats only because it's a store for people who pack things as small and light as possible.

Additionally they price match as stated in the store, which any business that does so always gets an A+ from me as they are working together with the consumer to have a great relationship.

Would recommend. Will likely be back to pickup food for my next trip.

If I could give these guys 100 stars, I would! I’m new to kayaking. A city boy who needed help in every way. I can’t even begin to express how amazing it is to walk into a store and immediately have the fear of intimidation go out the window. Every single person working that I spoke to was welcoming, informative, helpful and NOT pushy. From the young lad (jeez I’m getting old) who sold me my kayak and paddle to another gentleman who spent a ton of time with me when I picked it up. I got the setup for the car but had no idea how to secure the kayak properly. These guys sorted me out completely. Spent extra time talking about different options I had for securing the kayak. It was incredible. If you are new or experienced I urge you to come here. I will make the drive from Toronto for a $5 item because I know I will get to talk it out with someone who cares and will clearly explain all my options. Even if you are just curious, go to this store and talk to anyone! I guarantee it will be an informative and respectful experience.

Love everything about this place. Staff is awesome and knowledgeable. Just wish they had slightly different hours and they open and close everyday during my work hour’s so I can only get down once every few months

I phoned a few places looking for two kayaks, and Outdoor Oriented were the most helpful over the phone. Went in the next day and was very happy with the helpful advice. Everyone there was very friendly and easy going.

Purchased a Wilderness Systems Tsunami 145 Kayak and a few other items. Drove down from north of Toronto to pickup via curbside service. Very good pricing, but even better customer service before and after the sale. Jamie was awesome. Excellent knowledge. Going to stop into Outdoors Oriented whenever I am down in St. Catherines.
