Ray was the employee that helped me. He was very knowledgeable, nice and polite .
He was very patient and answered my questions about different shoes and helped me try the shoes on that I wanted .
I bought New balance shoes and oofos flip flops. They both are real

Every time i come to this location it’s a horrible experience due to the employees (not all, because i haven’t met all employees, I guess I have bad luck everytime I come here and get attended by a mean employee) but I tried to give it a TRY one last time.

MIMI (that’s the name she gave me) attended me & my father . she asked if we needed help and directed us to the shoes that we were looking for. As she’s attending us & gets the shoe sizes we need & she starts texting on her phone.
she doesn’t look up unless I ask her a question, she was on her phone the entire time she was attending us , we felt like a burden it was awful and soooo unprofessional !
& when it came to asking questions , VERY few questions by the way , she was very bothered by the way she was answering us & gave us very short answers with a attitude like she didn’t want to be asked anything. I Also forgot to mention when she gave us the last shoes my dad wanted to try on which was the second pair (he only tried 2 pairs of shoes on) she aggressively sat the shoe box on top of another shoe box to open them and handed a shoe to my dad, it was really weird. my dad looked at me with such a confused face & I just reassured him it was okay with a smile. She then giggled after (idk if it was her way of acknowledging what she did and tried to make it seem better , but it was very weird)
My dad knew what shoes he wanted as soon as he walked in the store the most she helped us with was getting the shoes sizes but I would’ve felt more comfortable getting it myself than have someone with such a nasty attitude help us. Good thing my dad is a quick shopper and knows what he wants because I couldn’t not stand another minute in there with MIMI.
As she’s checking us out she asked us if we shop there before & we give her our name. My dad then asks her “do we get deals or % off or anything in the future as we buy more shoes “ she then says “no not at this location no “ WITH AN ATTITUDE LIKE she was so bothered!! Then my dad asked her , then he says
“ oh so why do you ask for the name ? “
My dad asked a genuine question because he was genuinely curious & we’ve only been there like 1-2 times and one out of two times we bought a pair of shoes and that was like OVER a year ago close to 2 years! & I payed for his shoes that time as well so he really didn’t know anything!!!!!!
But of course She answers stupidly with an awful attitude
“BeCUase wE add A profile FOr EVerYOne to check perVIous purcHaSes or size”
& after seeing how she answered , my dad just politely walked away because he didn’t want to deal with her attitude because she treated us like that as soon as we walked in and left this store.
This location really has to do better with hiring certain better employees! Mimi was SERIOUSLY AWFULLLL!!!!!!!!!! seriously & not only was she awful , she dressed very unprofessional as well. I love orleans shoe company because of all the shoes variety they have but it looks like they just hire anyone.

The customer service was excellent! Jessica helped me the first time and China helped me the second time I was at the store. Both ladies were very kind, patient and knowledgeable. My new shoes changed my life☺️

I would love to thank Ray at the Servern Street store for helping my husband with his return of his HOKA shoes that were falling apart on the sole. He only had them for 3 months. Your customer service was outstanding and that is more than I can say about the Metairie Road store where the shoes were bought. The employee didn’t even try to help my husband or provide any assistance. Again thank you for providing good customer service.
