I frequent this store as do most with kids looking for a good deal. Usually, the toys are not worth the price they sell them for. I can get past that and the lowballing offers just to triple the price, if it wasn’t for the direct hostility from the staff. There is an employee, an older woman with straight grey hair in particular who is incredibly rude every time I come in to sell, regardless of my kind and outgoing attitude.
I ask why my used like new, great quality, complete toy sets aren’t being taken, they say there is a small tape mark on it, or it’s not to their standards for whatever reason, to be honest, every time I get this woman, she never takes my stuff. It depends on the staff and their personal biases with what they will take and for how much, not the store policy,. Yet the amount of clearance toys half broken they currently have is ridiculous. In the past year this store has gone downhill and I am incredibly disappointed with the staff and store. Don’t sell your stuff here or even buy anything. I will not be coming back to this place.

Used to like this store. Shopped here quite a bit before and could find good deals, but lately, their stuff is way overpriced. Used to pay $1.50 for Carters pants; now they’re all priced at $4. Literally saw worn out $4 George pants that are brand new online on Walmart.ca for $4. GAP pants priced at $10. They are that price brand new at the GAP outlet. Also, a lot of their products are worn out looking and the quality is not there.

Just very disappointed with the pricing and I don’t think I’ll be coming anymore. Rather save my time and pay a few more bucks for brand new, which is sad because I would rather buy second hand. You can still find deals depending I guess who prices the items, but with a child, don’t have all that extra time to do so.

ALSO this location is so cramped. It’s impossible to bring a stroller in here.

I wanted to be excited about this place but I am very disappointed. I was told my clothes needed to be new and seasonal. I saw a review of the company replying to a customer about giving you your stuff back the way you give it to them that is not true, stuffed in a box and given back to me. I looked on the racks for my son and they had stuff in horrible condition compared to what i was giving them. I will never go back, I will just donate.

Ever since the renovation this store is to jam packed. Only one person can get through an isle at a time. Forget bringing a stroller in here it's a nightmare. Came in here with a stroller to find baby shoes. Most of the shoes were in terrible shape. Luckily I found one decent pair. The prices are outrageous for second hand. $10 for some dirty looking baby shoes. Luckily I found a new looking pair. The isles need to be spaced out. This would be awful for someone in a wheel chair. I felt like I could hardly even look around because it was so over crowded

I wanted to give this shop a chance even after reading the reviews, but the reviews are correct. They don’t purchase much of your good quality clothes, many of the clothes for sale are worn and I noticed some with stains, they return the clothes they do not want to purchase thrown into your bin. It’s not worth the effort and time to try here. I would suggest marketplace or donations instead.

I always have bad experience with this store. They buy your stuff with extremely cheap then sell them for triple price. The lady at the counter was very rude. I will never be back there. Better buy things from Goodwill or marketplace for better price.

Over priced. Used running shoes for $15 in worn condition. Toddler pants for $12 and mitts for $6? Dont waste your time sorting through used bins and overcrowded isles for basically the same price as new. Disappointing 2nd hand pricing.

Absolutely love this store. Always a huge selection, amazing staff and super great sales. They offer great clean products at a fraction of the cost of any other store.
