I thought orthotics was for older people and they were always ugly. Wrong and wrong. Julia found me a beautiful pair of orthotic boots and sent it through insurance so they were fully paid for directly. On top of that, I discovered my right foot is a half size smaller than my left foot. Who knew? She adjusted the one shoe on the spot when Ali picked the boots up. She’s got a cool lab in the back where she does her magic.

I was very happy with the service and honesty that I received. I was not pressured to do a full orthotic. Julia was excellent to establish a proper fit & I came away with confidence.. I no longer have aching hips or feet. Always have one set for your slippers & 2-3 other sets for your regular shoes. Economically Julia saved me a great deal of money! I am totally comfortable to recommend On The Ball Orthotics.
