Magasin de chaussures homme femme enfant avec une multitude de modèle assez varié. Magasin vraiment chouette mais peut-être pas assez de personnels car trop d'attente pour une paire de chaussures c'est dommage.

Went here to buy my partner boots, but the staff were extremely rude - they didn't even bother to check if the specific shoe was in stock, and seemed disinterested in serving anyone. When I asked where else to buy in London, they suggested stores across the country! Not only was that extremely unhelpful, but I would have shopped at any of those branches rather than here.

Came there to buy some shoes. The manager handed the shoe to me and just started using his phone in the middle of the service, walking around, I asked for more help but he fully ignored us and continued talking on his phone. Very rude and unprofessional, I decided to give the shoe back to another member of staff and purchased my shoe in Schuh instead. Glad to give other company my money if they appreciate it more. Doesn't matter what position you are, in retail industry a manager can still serve and give a good customer experience.

I had a very disappointing experience. I went in to return my purchase, but the staff was incredibly unhelpful. There were several team members gathered at the desk, chatting and laughing, completely ignoring me as I waited patiently to be served. When I finally got assistance, the lady who helped me was dismissive, making it feel like she was doing me a favor by serving me.

I felt really uncomfortable in the store and honestly don’t want to return. The atmosphere made me feel like an intruder. Throughout the entire interaction, the lady ignored me and focused on chatting with other staff members, as if I wasn’t even there. Overall, it was very poor customer service.

Had a lovely experience in this store! Echo (hope I have spelt her name right) was so lovely & super helpful! I've been wanting to get a pair of UGGS for years and I was never able to feel confident in purchasing them but she was super helpful with the sizing. 1000/10 customer service, thank you!! 🙂

Seems to be a weird requirement that in order to work at Office you need to be rude. Don’t bother with this branch or any other office branches. Terrible staff. One member of staff lied about not having some shoes in my size and was incredibly dismissive. Had to ask 3 different members of staff before actually talking to a really nice worker who actually got me the shoes in less than 5 minutes.

Despite being visibly in need of assistance, most of the workers ignored me. What made it worse was that they were just chatting and laughing with each other while I waited for help. One employee, however, was helpful and polite, which I appreciated. Unfortunately, the lack of professionalism from the rest of the staff left a negative impression and made me not want to make a purchase.
