My Dad and I came to this store last weekend. We were pretty clueless on what new sportswear my Dad needed but then we approached one of the retail workers, Diego. He was very patient with us and so incredibly helpful that we left the shop with a full and matching sportswear kit. My Dad absolutely loves his new kit and it fits him perfectly! Thank you so much Diego for the immense help! We’ll be sure to come back and consult Diego when he needs a new pair of trainers.

I just came to the store, staff was not around I try to get someone attention they saw me standing with some items I wanted to try, no one was around so I head to the fitting rooms the door was open and a guy out of nowhere came and knock on the door, I try to talk to him with the door closed, he didn’t answer me back so I open the door rudely he said I couldn’t do that, said that definitely was someone on the shop floor which is not the case and didn’t even acknowledge what I said, didn’t ask me anything just said that. I left right away I was getting dress with the door open and he was just standing there watching me, extremely rude sale person

I was looking for running shoes which would also be suitable for trail running/walking as I was going hiking with my boyfriend the next week and had no shoes and Heaven helped me choose a really good pair. He was super knowledgeable and friendly and was really open and honest about which shoes were the best to get. I finally settled on getting the trail running shoes and have been so happy with them. I had a really good experience in the shop with him and thought he was just an amazing help.
