The staff in the store are knowledgeable and take the time to make sure that you get proper fitting shoes
They are both helpful and patient. I've barely taken my new walking shoes off. They are so comfortable. Here's a five star rating for excellent service and tremendous products. I will be back.

Went in to try and find a new pair of sneakers and the staff were really friendly and helpful. Destiny really went above and beyond to help me figure out a pair that worked and look up sizing in other stores nearby in styles they didn't have in store.

I have to say that the New Balance Store at Shops At Don Mills has a very helpful staff. The first time I went in to the store, Hannah helped me find the right fit for my walking shoes. Today August 11 , 2024, I phoned in to talk to Hannah, who wasn't in, but Michael, who answered the phone, said he could help me. He was able to order the shoes that I wanted at the same price as Hannah had helped me get and had the shoes mailed to me. Thank you Michael for being as helpful as Hannah had been the first time I bought shoes at your New Balance store. Great staff, thanks Michael!

Excellent service and knowledgeable staff!
I went there on Saturday morning. Michael carried out a digital scan of my feet and quickly pointed me in the direction of the shoes I needed. I have orthotics and my feet are quite peculiar, so I needed expert help. I got it. Michael was very patient as we worked through the options. It was clear that he had received detailed training, and knew exactly what each shoe had to offer. I was extremely impressed and will definitely be a repeat customer. Thank you Michael!

Finally got the NB 847v4 that I needed. I had purchased a pair that just didn’t fit perfectly to my feet. I went to the New Balance store at Shops by Don Mills and Alyssa provided several suggestions. So after many fittings later we figured out the pair that suited me best. They had to be ordered in but that’s okay. So today when I went back for a fitting Lorenzo helped me. Now I’m ready for the summer. A shoutout to both Alyssa and Lorenzo for their exceptional customer experience. Of course I’ll be back since I’ve been here many times!
