Had one of the best buying experiences today. Sally and her excellent team have written the book on customer service. They are engaged, friendly, and supremely professional. Sally is highly knowledgable and knows her products inside out. She takes pride in her work and it shines through.

What a pleasant surprise to see five-star service at a local mall. Cannot recommend this remarkable team and this store more.

Not impressed with their click and collect via ordering online. First off I thought that the item would be in stock as it allowed me to chose a specific location, then after ordering it says it will be shipped from warehouse. I was told that the item would arrive within 3-5 days but when i wasn't notified for 8 days and leaving for vacation the next day , I went into the store to buy another wetsuit. They told me I would have an easy refund over the phone when the click and collect item arrived in store. I called and received a refund but it was less then a full refund, according to them less the shipping of the item. It said online collecting in store was free of shipping and I have an email showing the discount of shipping. This was not communicated to me when I spoke with an employee over the phone. When I explained the situation the workers said items never arrive within 3-5 days from the warehouse. I said it says in your email that they do. Misleading communication. The staff was friendly over the phone and in store but I explained to someone over messaging the issue and they said they would process the rest of the full refund this one time in good grace. I don't like when companies treat you like you're looking for a hand out. I expected a full refund as promised. I will not use click and collect from this store again.
The item itself is great but the communication was lacking and the shipping time was false.

A really quick one. Went in there to get bucket hat and light jacket. Sneezed few time right away I felt like the lady rushed towards me to get me out just because I sneezed few time due to allergies.. feel like rushed and being watched. Just my 2 cent about this retail at the mall.

Was in the Langley location yesterday, the team of ladies are just awesome! Sally helped me and showed me vests that I was interested in as well as the very nice gloves. Receiving the excellent customer service from Sally, and another girl who went above and beyond was remarkable, like wow!!!!! I walked out of the store with my items and for sure I will be back to purchase more, I felt great after leaving with the excellent customer service I received from all the staff, the ladies and Sally, thank you to the team of ladies working in the Langley location, your politeness, excellent customer service, and just being nice was so appreciated! I will be telling everyone about your store.

I came in to return an online order because I got the wrong sizes (I always struggle gauging my size via size charts) and I was hoping to at least walk away with one waterproof jacket. I explained to Sally that I was hoping to try on the Alaskan 3-in-1 because the one I had ordered was perhaps two sizes too big. Although they did not have the jacket in store, she offered me a different one to try and also gave me lots of insight in order to help me make a decision. Sally ordered the jacket to be sent to me and even assured me that if I wasn't 100% with the size that I could come back again to order another one. It is not often that I experience customer service like this and I really appreciated how she went above and beyond to ensure that I would be satisfied. I highly recommend shopping at this location and I'll definitely be back.
