I had an amazing experience at Men’s Wearhouse. The staff was wonderful, quick, and efficient throughout the whole process. I was in and out in under 20 minutes, including trying on the suit and getting measured. The younger staff did a great job finding the perfect coat for me, and Chris nailed the measurements and tailoring. The suit fits perfectly, and I couldn’t be more impressed with the team. Thank you for making the process so smooth and enjoyable! 10/10!!!

So I recently went to this store. My overall experience truth be told was a 4 but I’m leaving 5 stars because the service was impeccable. I have recently gained a lot of weight and had a wedding I agreed to go to at the last minute. Due to traffic I got to men’s warehouse just 1 hour before the wedding started. The only reason I would take off a star was because there wasn’t a huge selection for plus sized men. I was however able to find everything I needed including shoes, socks, tie, belt. The store saved me and I looked great at the wedding! Thanks a lot guys!

In my son’s wedding all the groomsmen were fitted properly except for my other son who was the best man. When we went for a fitting he was not given the option to try on a shirt or pants. The tux was picked up by another person as we live 2 hours away. The coat was way too small and the pants were 3 inches too long!!!! This totally ruined the wedding for the family. When I called the manager Darrel, he told me the associate said she had him try everything on, which is not true (I was there so I know) so he’s taking the word of the associate instead of the customer…please beware when you go to the Clifton Park store.

This is the only MW location in the Capital Region we will take our business to. They were friendly, helpful, and willing to offer suggestions based on what we were looking for. Don’t ever go to the Colonie location, unless you want your attendant to go up to your future father in law and tell him to tell your husband he should “run” all because you had the audacity of trying to find a vest your husband could actually try on before we sign paperwork and agree to a sale.

Justin the manager who is new to this office but with the company for 14 years and Andrew whos been their for about 2 provided the best first time experience and helped me along the entire way i wouldn't have preferred a different place! Highly recommended.

I had a great experience here. I came in mid-day on a Wednesday and I had the place to myself, so that definitely seems like the right time to go. ?. The suit I got was really nice and only needed a little tailoring. I also really like the shirts they sell here. I will definitely come back.
