Order did not contain all items
I was told it was out of stock but it showed in stock and was filled and paid for on line. The associate said at this time that one item was out of stock and was refunded . She told me that that item had just been returned by another customer and I could by the item but it cost more than the on line cost. I paid for it .caught hell from my boss for doing so. I should had paid the on line price. The associate did a great job and I was glad to get the item that was a Christmas gift.

Very clean store.The people who work there are very helpful when needed. I hate when they follow you around and ask you questions. I'm just there to shop I don't like them being too pushy. Overall a very good experience. Plus now thanks to the tall blonde cashier. I think her name was "Grace" (but I'm not 100% sure) I have a new Kohls card. She was very patient and walked me through it right there as she was checking me out. Now I'll be in there all the time with the Kohl's card.

Convenient store for clothes and housewares. Employees are helpful and knowledgeable. I rarely have to wait for help and the store is always clean and organized.

I went to the Sephora inside the Simi Valley Kohl’s today and had a wonderful experience!! Isabella helped me personally! She looked up ingredients for me since i have an allergy!! She was friendly, sweet and polite!! I will be back for sure!! The store was clean and well-organized too!!

The simi store products and employees are fine. I got to the store 10 minutes before opening and as the employees came to work they took up all the close parking. During the week a lot of older and retired people shouldn't have to walk so far because the employees that will most likely be parked for 5 or so hour don't want to park further out. Doesn't seem right for your paying customers ?

Despite the fact that the store was having a sale and the line long at checkout, there were seven friendly associates working the registers which made the wait quite short ! ?
