Bought a pair of Canterbury rugby boots for my grandson but unfortunately the stitching came apart after a couple of weeks, I contacted just rugby and I returned the faulty boots at my cost £9.95 whilst I waited a response my grandson had no boots so I bought another pair from this company at further expense to me, it took quite a while for justify to advise receipt of the returned boots and I still haven’t had a refund and they will not refund the return postage so I a out of pocket. I will not be using just rugby again and would not recommend them to family or friends shocking service.

Ordered a pair of canterbury boots on 10 Jan 2023 and Just Rugby sent an email on 11 Jan 2023 advising the boots were dispatched. However, 3 days later on 13 Jan 2023, I received another email from Just Rugby saying that the boots were out of stock, shocked! Questioning why an email was received the other day saying the item was dispatched, no answer.

No rugby boots have been received so far and no refund been issued either. I am disputing the transaction with my credit card company now. Be cautious! I will never place an order with this company.

My son wanted the Malice Elite boots and the web page said pending. So I phoned the company and the lady told me that it works by when we get an order we place the order with the manufacturer and then they send it on to their customers. I asked what is the timescale? 1 week? 10days? More or less? To which she replied “more than 1 week. They arrived in 6 days!! I am delighted. Good customer service and excellent delivery. Did I mention that they were £64.99 with the 10% discount. Free delivery! In the shops they are £90

ordered a pairof canterbury boots which arrived in a timely fashion but the quality of the boots is substandard- falling apart after wearing x3. so contacted company 2 months ago and no reply chased up 2 weeks ago and nothing again. i will never use this company again and am now questioning if the boots i have are fakes as my son has never had a problem with canterbury boots in all his years of wearing them. would therefore never recommend this company

Cannot recommend Just Rugby enough. Bought a pair of Adidas Predator boots around 6 weeks ago and used them for a few games but due to a fault they started to break apart. Got back in touch and they took the boots back to Adidas and offered me a new pair in return. Great customer service and kept me updated throughout the whole process. Any rugby needs I have I will always use Just Rugby.

I thought Just Rugby was fantastic. I gave them a call yesterday to check stock of a pair of boots and a few rugby balls for my son's xmas present. They had everything in stock. I then ordered online and today received items - next day (after they said it would take a few days to arrive)! Great service and very competitive pricing - well surpassed my expectations. This is the first time I have used them and I will definitely use again! Thank you Pradeesh very much!

Shocking attitude. Ordered 3 balls, and a pump to inflate these for my son. When the pump arrived it had no needle adapter to allow inflation of these balls. I called the main phone number this morning to ask for one to be sent as the pump didn't have one. To start I could not hear the person I was in conversation with, but could hear lots of wire crackling, and a dog constantly barking in the background, but was told there was no issue on their side, which was very frustrating. This person then called the warehouse and came back to me and said that they needed a photo of the pump, with the missing valve, which they actually sent to me!! when I asked why, and said you don't need to know from a photo the needle valve is missing, all I was told was the warehouse asked for it. I then demanded to speak to a manager, and was passed over to someone called Tina, who clearly had the same communication issues, but preferred to talk over me!!

I am not sure if indeed this company is based in St Albans, or is a shack in India, but they will receive no more business from me, and would suggest to others they find alternatives

Based on the last two reviews nothing seems to have changed with this organisation. I have an order pending which, when placed, was available from stock with despatch in 3-5 days. That was March 26th it’s now April 15th and I’m still waiting for delivery! However according to their website it’s still available from stock. Emails and phone just go unanswered. When I eventually get through, I shall be asking for a full refund as I will need to buy elsewhere for my grandson’s birthday this weekend. Customer service very poor. This is the first and last time I use this company. I have to give one star otherwise you can't post the review but my choice would be ZERO.
