We bought 10 big blankets and Eboni offered us amazing customer service. Most cashiers wouldn’t be thrilled to deal with such a large order but Eboni helped us with boxes, transaction, bags, and her own personal opinion on colors all with a smile on her face. Extremely patient and kind, I hope she gets a big raise! Thank you again for helping us out with such a large last min gift shopping.

Went in today to pick up an online order. That went smoothly and the employee was helpful and efficient. I was walking through the womens section and I began to look at the Olsen Collection, carried in store. I spoke to the employee in the section wanting to know more about the brand and to look at buying something. The woman working was very unfriendly and uninterested in speaking with me. She was short and walked off. I would have happily spent money today, but after the response I received it made me feel unwelcome and uncomfortable. I won't likely be back to explore doing any more shopping there because of how I was treated.

Absolutely disgusting! I was asking a cashier if they accept Triangle Reward card. She said no but they have a special card for Hudson's Bay. I even asked her which kind of card is it. At no point, she told me it's a credit card. She tricked me into opening a credit card. Then she also dared to lie that she informed me that it was a credit card. She didn't!! I've recently moved here and didn't even know people scam like this! Certainly, she's getting some bonuses by signing people up for Neo credit card. She was so sneaky and professional at scamming! Smiling all the way through!! Not ever going again to Hudson's Bay. Newcomers, elderly people, mothers with small kids, everyone whose attention might be somewhere else, please be careful!! Fatima, you should be ashamed of yourself!

worst location I’ve ever been to! the beauty advisor asked me if I needed something when I first entered the store and i told her that I was just browsing. 2 mins later i saw her again around the same area and she goes “do u need something or are you still browsing” in a very derogatory manner to which I replied “i’m still browsing” and I exited the store. i work in retail too but like if the employees are going to racially profile people and act like 13 year old mean girls, then why would anyone want to visit the store

Something seriously wrong with the telephone system. I tried 6 times to get through to the furniture dept today - finally gave up!
No one picks up the phone it just rings off the hook . Press 2 for customers service - again no one answers the call:-)
Once in the store the customer store is excellent but try contacting a live person
via the phone - it’s mission impossible!

I had ordered 4 boxes of wine glasses. One box came with broken glasses. I called and spoke with Yeabsira Tafesse. He was very incompetent. I emailed him the pictures of the broken glasses and yet he couldn’t figure out how to issue another box despite very obvious proof. I am shocked that bay is hiring people like him. What a waste of my time. So disappointed

Store is very nice, newly renovated. Everything looks clean and tidy. Some customer reps are very nice some of them are not. They have very nice items and some times they have great deals. I like that now I can order something at the store to be delivered to my house.
