This has been the worst service I have ever dealt with. I paid to have my taxes filed on August 4, and it is now November 27 and I haven’t heard from a single person, nor have my taxes been filed. I have sent message after message and called the office many times, to which I get told I will be called back as the worker had “an appointment”. That was over a week ago. I am getting letters from the CRA threatening interest charges and yet no one will get back to me. Do yourself a favor, save the headache and do not use this location.

GO ANYWHERE ELSE OR DO TAXES FOR YOURSELF.
Had the simplest tax return messed up by a complete lack of care and attention.
Staff apparently took my details, drivers license etc. then picked A RANDOM DAMN ADDRESS I've never lived at in THE WRONG TOWN.
Beyond angry. Save yourself the stress.

My PR partner moved to Saskatchewan and submitted taxes for the first time in THIS province and Biggar H and R Block managed to screw it up royally.
Avoid like the plague. Choose literally anywhere else or do it yourself... Can guarantee you have more skill and care.

*Edit to indicate that Biggar H&R Block STILL never followed up or made any attempt to fix errors. Apr.18.24
