Cordial atención de todo los empleados especialmente de señorita Jazmín tiene mucha paciencia es bilingüe muy inteligente para sugerir y orientar para una correcta elección, estoy totalmente satisfecho soy afortunado por su ágil ayuda.
El local está muy bonito todo en orden, hay láminas y fotos con datos interesantes.

La atención es de inmediato, tiene ventanas grandes para ver al exterior del local luce muy limpio.

I went into the store and the girl who helped me I think her name is Yesmy looked very uninterested with my presence she was on her phone when I walked into the store, which frankly I don’t know why that’s allowed she needs to leave it in the back room and focus on her customer service skills. Beautiful store but some associates need to be replaced in order to deliver great customer service.

In A Nutshell:

-I came here for some new Hoka's specifically trail shoes.
-I had some high hopes for this store since it was located in Melrose & it's large size.
-I was a little disappointed w/ the selection.
-There didn't seem to be a lot of choices for a store of this size.
-The layout of the shoes wasn't ideal either w/ it being hard to figure out the men's & women's shoes from each other.
-There also didn't seem to be a lot of men's apparel either.

Overall, I did find some nice trail shoes to add to my collection, but I would suggest the management to re-organize their store layout to make it easier to navigate & offer more choices of shoes.

An employee named Outlaw, working at Melrose, was calm, kind, and showed a strong effort to provide the best service to customers. When I visited the offline store, it seemed that the attitude of the staff towards customers determined the image of the store the most. Diligent, honest, and friendly employees are a valuable asset to the company.

One of the best stores, they had quite a variety and also had the most shoes in the wide sizes. Staff was very very informative and helpful. The store location is very convenient and on a beautiful street next to many high end fashion store and restaurants.
Their floor could use some cleaning thou ? but that’s not a deal breaker, just a preference for me as i like any store to be super clean.

Maurice was fantastic! He took the time to listen to all my concerns about my current pair of shoes as well as my foot pain. He knew exactly which two pairs to have me try and they were spot on. Bought the one that had more support and I love it! Even bought another pair for my girlfriend cuz she knows how good HOKA is 😉

Limited stock and very slow customer service. Every time that I’ve visited, associates seem surprised that there are new customers and react very slowly. If I’m coming into the store, I’m coming with an intention to buy, which should be anticipated. Unfortunately, they never have anything in stock, so will just proceed to solely ordering online from now on. Please improve your customer service.

Unfortunately, y forgot the name of the salesman at this store. He was the only one who spoke Spanish. I give him a 10+ on customer service. He takes time to explain everything of each shoe. I ended up buying 2 pairs, one for work and one my wife.
