I had very bad experience in this shop, the staff convinced me to buy a shoes and it was too painful. I couldn’t do refund because of their policy which they didn’t informed me before the payment. I raised complaint about it but i didn’t get response from their Customer service. Unprofessional service and i don’t recommend anyone to buy from this shop!

Hogan make the best quality shoes with a great variety of designs. They combine that with unbeatable comfort.
The Sloane St. store is a testimony of how great this brand is. The staff are great and helpful.

Ужасное обслуживание!!!
Не ходите туда . Персонал вообще не хочет работать. Попросили размер и не подошли . Девушка сказала что нет меньше на пол размера . А другая другому клиенту принесла …то что я просила .. то есть был размер.. возможно не понравилось что я говорила на русском

Called into the Hogan shop on Sloane Street today. Shockingly poor service. Assistants who think themselves superior to their clientele. One of them had to force himself to serve me, the other two didn’t bother looking up. No wonder shop empty. By contrast, Tods staff much more friendly and helpful. Don’t waste your time with Hogan!!

Acquistato un paio di Hogan uomo dall'italia.
Visto che era l'unico negozio ad avere il mio numero ed ho telefonato.
Mi ha risposto il sig. IORAM VISENTINI che con gentilezza e professionalita' mi ha spiegato tutto come poter procedere con un acquisto all'estero (prima volta).
Andato tutto bene in pochi giorni ho ricevuto le scarpe in un imballo
Accurato ben sigillato...

I ordered sneakers from Hogan 2 weeks ago. Last week I received an update that I have to pay £50 import fee in order to get my purchase! I called Hogan and was told this is misunderstanding because of Brexit and they will cover the amount. However, the fee remained outstanding and today the delivery company told me they will re-send the parcel back to the sender. I called again Hogan (please NOTE I spent 3 hours on hold and dealing with customer service, logistic companies, opening accounts to be able to manage the delivery etc.) to understand that at the end I "kindly" have to pay the fee and they will "just reimburse" the money.... interesting approuach! People are not awere of any of this when go to the company`s website in the UK and buy products within the UK! So, be careful when purchase from HOGAN as you may be surprised with additional fees on top of the price of the product!....Last update: 3 weeks after my purchase I don't have the sneakers (they haven't been delivered) and most importantly my money haven't been refunded yet!

Never in all my years of shopping online (and I started shopping online ahead of the curve) have I had such a poor performance from a website or the retailer that it represents.
Absolutely awful experience.
Ordered a pair of shoes in my size. Wrong size sent. Want to exchange but after trying for days to add the next size down to my bag but instead after having continuously been told that the website is being udated, or the website just being unresponsive, finally when it does work this size is no longer in stock.
What’s worse is that the website then tells me that this size is available, but then is unresponsive again and when it responds the size is no longer available.
The store in Sloane street does not accept returns of faulty goods, and instead I have had to leave my shoes with the people there for them to be sent to Italy to be examined (despite the fact that they are clearly faulty).
Terrible customer service.
