This dress was the 2nd one I tried on out of 5. I knew as soon as I put it on that it was the dress of my dreams!
The service was excellent, and the girls are always so kind and passionate! Every alteration was fast & efficient, and the price was RIGHT.

Marie and her staff at Here Comes the Bride were amazing, they were able to see us after hours. The alterations they did, the ordering of the dresses. I highly recommend you get your bridal dresses here.

My friend is a bride who came into this place for alterations for her beautiful dress, when she left after her first couple appointments she felt quite taken advantage of. She felt like she wasn’t heard when talking about her dress and left almost in tears. On top of this , they also tried to sell pieces of her dress without her knowing. Luckily this was caught. I wouldn’t recommend coming here as it seems like they do not care for their customers and they won’t listen to you.

Great experience. We failed to make a proper appointment but we were still assisted. I didnt wind up finding my dress here but still felt the need to post a positive review. I'm a plus size bride, dreading the wedding dress shopping experience. They had a beautiful selection and can make just about anything fit if you love it. I never once felt out of place or treated any different then an average size. I wanted other women who may be dreading it as well to know that this is definitely a place to try.

I had the best experience finding my wedding dress here. The staff made me feel comfortable, they were accommodating, very easy to work with and I looked stunning in my beautiful dress. The alterations were included with the dress. I would recommend this store to any bride to be. My maid of honor looked amazing in the dress. It was altered to fit her perfectly. Thank you for the excellent experience.

I had an amazing experience. From the start I told them I was + size, and that I didn't want a traditional wedding dress, and that I needed to wear a proper bra. They fit me in on a very tight schedule, picked a dress that was perfect for me
and customized exactly to my liking. I received so many compliments, thank you for helping to make my day so special!

I went to this store back in May for a bridesmaid dress. I had 2 people with me, and I specifically told the associate that I was looking for royal blue and the date of the wedding. After spending 2 hours in the shop trying on probably 30 dresses, I fell in love with one that I had originally seen on there website, and on the designers site. But was told after looking it up, it didn't come in that color anymore, even though the dress tag showed it. And they didn't have many designers that could get dresses in time. I was so upset. The manager and the associate tried similar dresses but nothing compared to the one I loved. So I left, and fell in love with a similar dress, in the right color, in a similar style, it costs less, and I was able to pay a rush fee to get it ordered properly and the location was closer. I do recommend this store for prom, but not wedding where you need a specific color. The women were nice, but I would have appreciated the original associate to look up the dresses properly before GUARANTEEING me it could be ordered, especially when I asked her to. Was very disappointed in this store.

This place used to be good. But I called recently for some information and the lady on the other end of the line was very rude and made me feel like a bother. I have been hearing this recently about this place. Very sad as I have delt with them before getting my bridal party fitted and it was a great experience ...
Now not so sure I would even bother with using them or recommending them
