Goodwill est vraiment ma sortie préférée quand il s'agit de chiner, de fouiller des quantités de vêtements ou d'objets pour se mettre au look américain pour pas un rond ou d'aménager son intérieur à moindre frais.

This Goodwill store has lots of good items. Some items are over priced and can be priced better. The reason I give this Goodwill 4 stars and not 5 is because it is a bit messy and hard to walk around in. They bring out too many carts with merchandise and racks of clothing without putting some away. Which then makes it hard to walk around. The dressing rooms of this Goodwill are really small and only have 2 or 3 right by the front of the store. It was also really hot in there today. I don't think they had the A.C. running. Now you combine a cluttered store with no A.C you can imagine it gets a little overwhelming and hot.

Today me and my husband was in the Goodwill of Santa Clarita (store 56)... Cashier, s women who identified herself as a manager refuse to make a 75% discount on Holiday goods,saing that this advertisement does not apply to HOLIDAY GOODS and I misunderstood the advertisement... I picture advertisement and see same one in the other stores... Christmas is gone and every stores have the same discount for Christmas toys,goods and everything what is belong to Holiday's... This "manager" simply exceeded her authority by using power!!! It's DISGUSTING to come into the store and face such treatment!!! The management of this store needs to be put in the position of a MANAGER of a thinking and right person but not this underdeveloped upstart!!!!! She can't even read advertisement... Or is it all because I'm WHITE? WHY? In any other stores this discount works and everyone is happy!!! I appeal to the REAL MANAGEMENT of Goodwill stores- PLEASE explain to this vicious"manager" that is very UGLY to mock people and will not bring more customers into the business (store)... I hope other stores will have adequate workers. Thanks.

I use to love this store a lot. Something about the energy and just meanness starting showing. Especially after the new grand opening. My boyfriend and I would be here everyday good stuff. Today my boyfriend went in and found some shoes that said $20 and they told him a price check was needed. All of a sudden now it's $40. You can't change it if it says the price. Rosie the manager who was present did this. If you covered your floor the right way right way. The Pricing on things wouldn't be wrong. Just seems not right and fishy

The store routinely refuses to take items - toys, furniture, etc and will tell you to take it some place else. The guy working the back donations is a rude jerk who acts like he’s been ordered to be there as a probationary sentence by a judge

Everytime i drive by, this location always has their donation area closed during business hours. There was an area outside that had bags of donations. I was donating my little ones toys and brand new clothing for the benefit of others, however I did not appreciate being yelled at, saying they are not accepting any more donations. I was told in a very hostile way to put my donations back in the car or else I would get a ticket. I didn't know Goodwill had the authority to give out tickets in response to people giving them donations. Makes no sense. I live a mile way from this location but will donate to a different organization that cares.

Insanely expensive prices. Saw items like free people jeans listed at $25, certain shoes listed for $60-$70. Absolutely absurd. Even goodwill on Melrose has better prices

Go there all the time. Great prices as expected and incredible friendly service but drop 1 star because you can't try on most clothes. No dressing rooms so other than shoes and coats you are SOL and I come ba k all the time to exchange-no refunds
