I've been to Gong Cha twice so far. Really liked my drink the first time, lychee oolong tea with mango popping pearls. Get the pearls. They're really good.

The second time I had their dirty brown sugar milk tea. My exact order was: a medium dirty brown sugar milk tea, tapioca pearls, whole milk, regular sugar, no ice. I'm putting the exact order on here because it was quite possibly the best pearl milk tea I've ever had. It was very creamy, probably because the no ice option makes sure the drink isn't diluted. The texture was just heavenly smooth. The pearls were cooked to absolute perfection. The tea and brown sugar flavors were strong, it didn't just taste like sweet milk as pearl milk teas sometimes tend to. It was just so delicious I had to review it.

The service could definitely be a little more friendly. They did their job just fine, but getting boba is just such a fun experience in general that having a stony faced server stands out.

The location is super convenient. Of course the university food court vibe isn't the most aesthetically pleasing, but if the boba always tastes like it did today, it won't matter anyway cause I'll be transported to my happy place on the first sip 🙂

Nut allergy friendly, still just let them know.

Parking here is awful (have to pay to be in the garage) so I wouldn't go out of my way to find this place.

I'm not a huge fan of Gong Cha and this location is no exception. The oolong milk tea has very little tea flavor. The sweetness is alright at 30%. The boba texture was a bit too stiff and doesn't really have any flavor.

We loved our experience at Gong Cha. I love that you can choose the ice and sugar levels of your drink. I tried the white pearls and really liked my drink. The kids had a dirty and a brown sugar boba. All of them were good. The customer service was great too.

Great tasting tea and all the slush we ordered were really good (strawberry, mango and peach). Service is what I would expect in food courts. Decent parking during the summer when school is not in session. White pearls were better than standard pearls.

We got our first bubble tea of the year only for it to be disgusting. My bf had caramel chocolate milk tea with Oreo and it tasted like Oreo and water... We complained and guy just said "that's how it's made". Great. Quality went down at this place, should've just went to kung fu tea next door.

Update: just opened his milk tea and all this chocolate powder that is IMPOSSIBLE to mix is just sitting at the top ? staff needs better training on how to properly mix drinks. Disgusting.

Update 2: emailed the store and they made it up with 2 free drinks. Definitely made it better this time. I'm glad they're not dismissive about this.

Typically a good experience however I ordered pickup on a very standard drink order and they cancelled it after 4 minutes. I go in person and they somehow can do it after all. Very irritating, don't order pickup from here ever.

Pretty good. Fast, efficient, and friendly staff. Drinks are good, and they let you taste the different boba if you’re unsure of which to get.

This lemon ai-yu white pearls is ridiculously good I'm like losing my mind a little here... I got 50% sugar and less ice, and it tastes the perfect amount of sweetness and combined with the sour bits of lemon zest I don't get tired of it. The pearls and pudding add different sensations for my mouth to experience insuring each sip to be full of something unexpected. The cup was filled to the very brim when I got it, just the largest amount you could possibly add without the top overflowing when you puncture your straw, but after writing this review it's almost completely gone...
