I’ve been shopping at the George Richards Big & Tall Newmarket branch for the past 3–4 years, and it’s all because of the amazing service I get from Diego and the sales team. Diego knows my size better than I do and always understands exactly what I’m looking for, he makes the process of buying clothes actually enjoyable again. Even though the Vaughan location is closer to me, I gladly make the 40-minute drive to Newmarket because of the experience and service here. If you’re looking for a team that really cares and knows what they’re doing, this is the place. Huge thanks to Diego and the team, you guys have a customer for life!

I have been shopping at this store since it opened, but today was my last visit. Bought a belt on Monday and tried to return it today, but manager lady said that belt I am returning is bought in 2022. That’s not the case. I have photos of the belt and you can see that is new belt worn for 4 days. Terrible quality!! I suggest that manager gets raise in pay, she saved you $55..

Diego is amazing and I finally found a place to get good clothes that actually fit me and feel comfortable. Story time: I bought some shirts online on a BOGO deal and they weren't what I expected so I came in to return them and he handled the process seamlessly and easy. I then wondered off to browse and Diego saw that I had forgotten my wallet at the counter and returned it to me. I was shocked that I had forgotten my wallet, but Diego was gracious and friendly in returning it to me, even though I was so embarrassed. A long time ago I came into the store and the lady at the time said nothing would fit me as I was too small, so I didn't return for a while, buying bad fitting clothes for a long time. I finally returned to give the store another try, and met Diego. He was friendly and knowledgeable and didn't make me feel like nothing would fit me in the store. He gave me suggestions and I left with a couple of shirts that fit me great and were finally tall enough to hide my belly when raising my arms! Now with this latest visit, I couldn't speak well enough of my last experiences thanks to Diego!

George Richards stores have been around for years,They offer a wide selection of suits, shirts casual wear, active wear for the Bigger and Taller man, I shopped here in the past when I was heavier. The quality of their clothing is excellent followed with great customized service.

The young guy that was there was great! I would give him a 10/10 rating he helped me pick out a suit and even suggested where I'd find a new pair of dress shoes. Store was clean and quiet. I had his full attention while I shopped im sad I didn't catch his name. Or I'd be posting it. Who ever hired him saw his potential. It was nice having a big guy help me pick out my big guy clothes.

Absolutely amazing customer service! Shane went above and beyond to help my husband find an outfit for an upcoming wedding this weekend. He was friendly, polite, funny and very patient. Shane gave us great suggestions. His colleague was fantastic as well with helping find sizes and she made sure we were assisted when we were first waiting. Thank you both so much again!

There are some places that have amazing customer service; this place happens to be one of them. I have never felt so comfortable and satisfied with selection and help. Talk to Janet she def knows what she's doing. She literally stayed 10 minutes past closing time to make sure I had my item for a funeral. If you're a little chunky like myself, great place to get fitted! Thanks again! 10/10
