GAME 4*
A standard Game outlet, with friendly staff and all of the usual bits and pieces you'd expect. Lots of well-positioned shelves carrying various deals, which was nice to see - particularly since more recent games are often more expensive in Game than in, say, Asda or Tesco. There's a lot of attempts to upsell now which wasn't such a problem before.

Very good

Edit: Just to add, most GAME stores are now either in Sports Direct or House of Fraser, which in my opinion is not the best. The Chatham branch have their own store and have a great range of games, consoles, controllers and other products mostly for the kids. Please never close this branch. This is my favourite GAME store in the UK.

It is a real shame what is happening to this once great company, half the shop is selling none video games and the other half will be soon even less because in February they won't even have pre-owned games, so what is the point of game anymore, Smyths sells new games for cheaper and cex does pre owned what is left for game.

To be honest I rarely shop here now as I buy digital only games. However my son wanted something so we popped in for his 2 for 20,
Still a good store to go to if you wish to buy your games on disc,

Miserable vibe , always looks cluttered, customer service doesnt exist past the till they refuse to move from so you gotta know what to look for abd expect to dig it out

Ordered a item for collection and despite there being numerous stock on the shelf i was told id have to wait up to A week for my collection to arrive despite it being on the shelf so could of took away today . All i got was attitude and a muttered comment as i walked off from the green haired excuse of a manager

Sorry to say they only had 2 deals with the series x I ended up buying 3 extra games for ÂŁ60 to find that they's was on game pass. Could have asked if I was on game pass and informed me paid ,ÂŁ550 as I wanted sf6 surely they could of added the game with the console and made a better deal.
