I had a great experience at FF - Woodbridge. Customer service was attentive and worked to provide a good running shoe for my son. All questions were answered with comprehension and knowledge making me, as a parent, feel assured my pricey purchase was the best option. Even through observation of of other customers, you can tell the employees take care to work on a professional and personal level to meet a customers needs.

I am rating this location with four stars as the salesperson forgot to include the insoles he had my son try. Since the insoles worked great in supporting his low arches, I had to return to the store the same day to purchase them.

Thank you for the service, FF. When I need a new pair of running shoes myself, I will return.

Emily was wonderful, super helpful and friendly! I’ve been having foot pain after incorporating more walking into my daily exercise so I went in to get a foot scan and see if better shoes would help. Emily explained my results in detail and helped select shoes that would work well with my foot type (narrow with high arches). She also picked out some good insoles for additional support. I never felt pressured; while I purchased “add-ons” like insoles and socks, it didn’t feel like I was being pushed into it. They also email you the results of your scan for future reference, which is helpful. Great experience and I’m so glad I took the time to invest in my foot health!

First timer! I had an awesome experience at Fleet Feet with Chris. They did my feet and gait analysis and easily told me what shoes would be best for my feet. I tried on 4-5 shoes and 2 different insoles with them. Although I came in for hiking shoes, Chris was able to give feedback on how the shoes would perform on trail and what to expect with the differences of heel height and fit. Thank you for all your help! Saved me a long drive and a lot of headache of trying different shoes that haven’t worked for me.

The entire experience was great. I explained that I'd recently learned that I hyper-pronate and needed new shoes and inserts. Everything from the 3D foot scan to the gait analysis to the explanation of what information was gained from both of those things to the shoe fitting and conversation throughout made me feel like I was the only customer in the store (even though I wasn't). I truly appreciated the personal approach to find the right inserts and the right shoes to keep me on my feet. Would definitely recommend and will be back for my future shoes!

I needed to get walking shoes that would help me correct a foot that had been in a cast or boot on and off for a couple of years. The diagnostic equipment thy have is state of the art. I am very happy with the recommendation they made based on the tests and their expertise. I will be returning.

Froy was fantastic in helping my father choose the best running shoes for him! There was a bit of a wait, and we weren’t sure if it would be worth it, but we’re so glad we stuck around. Froy, a friendly associate, assisted my dad with the 3D imaging (which was really cool) and, as a runner himself, provided tons of valuable information about each shoe he recommended. He also offered insights on the shoes we were considering, without being pushy. Additionally, Froy shared a lot of helpful tips about trail running shoes since my dad is planning to run a trail half-marathon in May 2025—although we didn’t purchase them that day, the information was incredibly useful. I highly recommend going in and having a proper shoe fitting. It was a game changer for my running! Everyone in the store was kind and knowledgeable! They take the time to find the right shoe for you and I never felt rushed. If you go on the weekend you may have to wait a few mins to be fitted but it’s well worth it.
