I have not been to a footwear store in many years however I was motivated to enter fleet feet after obtaining a $10 off coupon from Alex at the making strides against breast cancer walk. I had absolutely the best experience with Rick. He was kind, patient, and extremely knowledgeable about all of the sneakers. I had such a lovely experience that I have already recommended several friends to go shop there. Rick has made me a fleet feet customer for life!

Excelllent fitting and service. Knowledgeable sales person. Waited too long to complete this review and have forgotten the young man’s name. I apologize. Both my husband and I have issues with finding comfortable shoes that do not cause or promote injury. The shoes and inserts we purchased are beyond wonderful. Custom fitting shoes that we can walk in all day.

Brought my wife for a Volumental. After trying a few brands, we purchased a pair of Brooks. She has a balance issue, and the model she picked offers a greater level of stability - standing or walking.
As with my 1st visit, reps have excellent knowledge, patience, and customer service skills.
Highly recommend a visit for the Volumental. There's no obligation to purchase and the opportunity to return for 60 days.

Went into Fleet Feet Victor for the first time looking for a specific shoe. The sales associate was so nice and helpful (and not pushy). Didn't have the style I was looking for at Victor and looked at another location for me. Unfortunately, they didn't have it either. She showed me different options and I did find shoes that I liked. She made spending $150 enjoyable! Would definitely recommend Fleet Feet.

Thank you so much for the prompt customer service. We made appointments but we're accommodated as soon as we walked in. FF representatives were excellent to work with, very professional, patient and very knowledgeable in their area of expertise. Very satisfied and I was able to find a sneaker that works for me. My friend found 2 pairs and we both got inserts and socks!!!! Feet, knees and rest of the body are very happy!!!! Happy to hit pavement now.

It's rare to find personal service in any store today, but Stephanie spent the time needed to make sure I found a shoe that was a perfect fit for comfort and looks. She is knowledgeable and shared her expertise. There was absolutely no pressure to purchase a particular shoe. There was no upselling. She sincerely wanted me to be happy and comfortable. We might pay a little more, but it is absolutely worth it. Excellent, friendly service. And I love the Karhu shoes I bought!
